If you are over the age of 21, try to get the adult dvd of Galaxy Quest. I don't know if there is one. This dvd cut out certain bad words.

An all around fun spoof of Sci-Fi series, Cast rocks it.

If you are a Sci-Fi fan, especially of Star Trek, then you will enjoy Galaxy Quest. It makes fun of the genre, but in good taste. The cast is great and works well with eachother, and the inside jokes that poke fun at specific Franchises are well placed. Look for the reference to Red Shirts in Star Trek! Very funny and a movie that the Family can enjoy together. Also, you don't have to be a fan of Sci-Fi as the movie stands alone as a comedy as well.

This is, especially if you're a Star Trek fan and even more than that a fan of Star Trek the Original Series, a really fun film that never takes itself seriously. Tim Allen was in his prime and you get Alan Rickman in another one of his great, scene chewing roles. The video and audio quality of this release is great and to date certainly the best you'll see this film, the compression quality absolutely kills even HD broadcasts on cable or the HD viewing on netflix. There's also some nice bonus material, though most of it is archival SD stuff.

This movie is simply fun even if you are a die-hard sci-fi fan. I am an avid con goer, so this movie hits home in a good way.

This movie is a must for fans of science fiction films. Excellent cast, great special effects. Must Have!

This was supposed to be a trifle but it captures the Star Trek world lovingly while creating original comedy on its own.

I've always loved Galaxy Quest, and it looks GORGEOUS on blu Ray. Just when I thought this movie couldn't get any better.
