I was very excited to receive it in the mail as I now had the finishing touches to my new gaming rig in hand. When I opened the outer box I was horrified to see that the inner box was all but destroyed! There was about 20 or so keys sitting loosely in the bag that the keyboard was in. It looked like someone had torn the box open. How could a company like best buy actually think this was okay to sell? Amazon has never sent me anything in this condition.

When I first used this Keyboard I was surprised you could actually change the volume on the upper right part of the keyboard! Not only that but you could change the lighting to 6 different profiles using the fn function key and the others such as ins, Home, PgUp, Del, End, PgDn. Not only that but this keyboard does have Anti-ghosting with N-key rollover which is very cool! For the Price it is well worth it! I would highly recommend this keyboard!

I purchased this for my 15 yr old son. The keys fell off the board as we removed it from the shipping packaging. Don't turn it upside down or else... Keys stayed on for a while as long as you didn't turn it over. Eventually, they started coming off during game play. I wanted to send it back but my son didn't want to let it go because he loved the keyboard. Three months after the purchase, the space bar completely broke. Then I figured I could still use the keyboard warranty but it wasn't worth it. I went through a big hassle trying to follow their directions for everything required and when I took it to UPS to ship it...the cost of shipping was going to be $58.00 to ship to California and it would cost me more to package it. You can catch this keyboard on sale for $80. So, there was no way I was paying this. They had no response the last time I emailed Gamdias. Company has terrible support and I will never purchase another product made by them.
