I know it seems like a chore to drag yourself off the couch and venture out to the store to actually buy games these days, but with Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked, you have plenty of incentive to do so. At $30 for 2 years, it's one of those purchase that pays for itself many times over, and you end up forgetting why you waited so long to buy it. You get 20% off any new game purchase. No time restrictions like it has to be a new release, no fuss. On top of that, you get bonus coupons when you sign up and extra Reward Zone points when you buy games. It's a no-brainer people. Buy this now, thank me later.

I love having this, because it helps when purchasing new games. I t lowers the price and for me I believe it helps with competitive shopping. Instead of going to other locations that sell games. I go to Best Buy and get a 20% price reduction for being a member. I enjoy being a member with the perks. It's a shame the program will soon no longer be available.

It works on collector's editions, and every game, no matter when it was released. I'm sad to see it go but will use it extensively as it is grandfathered out.

I loved being a member of the Gamers Club. I wish Best Buy would reconsider keeping it. It's a shame to be such a loyal customer and to lose such a privilege.

its a good deal. though the only set back is you dont get the same deal on digital copies of game. but the value outweighs this minor detail

The gamers club is fantastic. I’ve only purchased games from Best Buy due to this only without your midnight releases.

I had heard great things about the Gamer's Club, but was already -Primed- to believe I had a deal just as good with another company. I was wrong on that account. The other discounter dropped discounts on games already released and didn't give them on Special editions. With Best Buy Gamer's Club unlocked, I get discounts on new games, not just pre-orders, special editions, and even hardware! Also, I get extra points on gaming purchases that add up to coupons that snag me even more money off! It's a no-brainer. This has paid for itself already and I don't have to wait for UPS to drop a game off the night a game drops, but can pick it up in the morning and start playing right away. Jump all over this if you haven't yet. I walked into my Best Buy, plopped down the club card and my regular Best Buy rewards card, they linked them together, I paid the dough, and went home to order games; seeing the discount applied immediately. You won't be regret this purchase if you buy even more than a couple of games every year.

If you spend at or more than $180.00 on video games in a two year period at Best Buy then buy this. Going off the 20% off video games alone, not including any additional money from trading in video games, you can more than earn your cash back with this program, and it is like there is always a sale going on for every video game you want. On top of that, you get Best Buy reward points to go towards those nifty $5.00+ certificates for future purchases, and to go one step further, on certain games Best Buy throws in a $10 certificate for pre-ordering them, which then amounts to getting a $10.00 certificate, 20% off the game, and Best Buy reward points to go towards more cash in Best Buy certificates. And for those with a family like myself, you can buy 3 copies of the same game using the 20% discount so you and/or the kids can play the game on different systems at the same time.
