This is an excellent garbage disposal. The installers did an excellent job. It had to be installed in a tight space. We' be had it for over a month .

I am very satisfied with the outcome of installation! The service was prompt, professional, and faster than I expected!

Install guys were nice, and installed garbage disposal. 1st one ever in the home, disappointed that it has a crack that runs on the side of it, not sure if they notice this, but I can only imagine the issues up the road will be calling Best Buy. Most recent purchases and installs have not been the best for me. Again not sure if the techs noticed the crack I. The garbage disposal.

When they first came and installed my garbage disposal on 2/8, I found leaks underneath my sink that I found later that night from the pipe connected to disposal and from the pipe on other side as well. I understand that things happen, but the problem was the hassle I went through to get it repaired. This was done by Best Buy’s. I had purchased a geek squad program and yet they didn’t wanna come out for another week and a half to fix it. After going to the store and talking to the manager and was there for over an hour and experienced a major run around they finally agreed to get someone out to my house the following day 2/10 to fix the problem. Bottom line there was damage to pipe and the 2nd installers fixed the issue so thanks to Appliance Technician: Yorman and Juan. Although it was fixed correctly, I will not use Best Buy’s in the Future. I feel that I had to fight to get things fixed and it made me wonder how many more customers that didn’t have the fight in them were taken advantage of and were not made whole.

Disposal is great once it is properly installed. Installers arrived 7 hours late and did not have proper parts to complete job. I recommend using installation services for stuff that is simple like installing a dishwasher, washing machines, refrigerators and such. Do not use them for something as complicated like plumbing where some fitting may be required.

This was the worst experience of my life. I originally bought a garbage disposal and paid for installation November 2020. They came in December and installed that one. It didn’t work. They rescheduled for January. I got a new disposal in January however, they did not install it. They rescheduled for the end of January. That date came and went. It got rescheduled for February. February came, no one showed up again. I called and canceled and have yet to receive my refund for the installation. I have five kids and have been without a kitchen sink since November they took it apart and never put it back together.

This was a terrible installation. They were rude and left a mess on the floor of my kitchen. They got plumbers putty on my gel mat in front of my sink that did not come off. I would NEVER allow these installers in my home again!

Excellent product. Works quietly with great results

First install was terrible Installer said unit was missing components and he said he would do his best I called Geek Quad and they said they would send out another unit and have it installed. When the 2nd installer who had previously installed other appliances and i was quit pleased Therefore 1st install 1 star 2nd install 5 star As for the disposal i give it 5 star. Very quiet very POWERFUL

The installer went out of his way to install properly including putting in an electrical outlet for the garbage disposal as the old one was hard wired. It works well.

Not bad, not great ,works ok no problem not to loud

Good timely and fair priced service and since it is done via Best Buy, The team that came to install the unit was a pro and were able to replace my disposal unit in 15 mins and did a clean job. they even hauled away my old unit.

The company and the person hired to actually deliver my garbage disposal, the power cord kit and install it or very knowledgeable and proficient with the installation because the unit works really well. But I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for the two month wait and all the phone calls I made, and I have not received it yet, which makes me very unhappy.

The garbage disposal installation went smoothly. Two crew members were involved. The main installer was very knowledgeable and finish the work quickly. The other member made sure everything was in order. Good quality control.

Had to have the initial disposal replaced within the return period and found the process straight forward and timely Unit is quiet and efficient

Fantastic installers. First class and done right and quick

Was pleasantly surprised when 3 gentlemen dressed in very professional uniforms showed up to install my new garbage disposal. Although I was concerned that I may have ordered a disposer that would not fit my sink properly, they assured me that installation would not be a problem. Within less than an hour, my old disposer was removed from my home and my new Waste King was properly installed. Only complaint is that getting my appointment rescheduled was quite challenging.
