Took longer than the last one that was installed

They had to add a washer I believe because it was leaking after they checked it for leaks. The water runs through slowly with or without the disposal turned on.

The one thing that does bother me is that during the installation they spoke between themselves in Spanish. Because I don't speak Spanish I have not clue what is being said.

Successful "installation"

I thanked them for honesty called the plumber and he installed it right after delivery. BestBuy called the next day, condfirmed that their crew had delivered but not installed, and refuned install fee within minutes. Such diligence and follow-up is uncommon these days and greatly appreciated.

They were on time and had the installation completely quickly. They were friendly and efficient. I have had no problems with the garbage disposal. It runs well Insinkerator is the brand I always buy!
