She loved the S2, but hates the Approach S10. She found it confusing and difficult to use. The older technology was more user friendly. Unfortunately it was purchased over a month ago and can’t be returned.

It worked on Christmas day, registered it that day. Two weeks later he went to use it at a golf course, turned it on and received an error message stating golf maps were missing. He call technical service with Garmin to no avail. I attempted to return it to Best Buy but it was beyond the 14 day return window which is stupid for Christmas purchases. It should be at least 14 days from receipt of the gift. Garmin will honor the exchange under warranty but its the hassle factor.

Great while it lasted
