Love the watch, everything about it...especially battery life

Awesome watch. Excellent for wirkout warriors. Battery life is terrific.

Strong features, better than all previous watch I have used from Garmin(include a few from Sunnto). However, when I realized Forerunner 935 has exactly the same functionality (actually slightly better because 935 supports Wi-Fi), along with a smaller functionality/weight. I had to pick 935 instead.

I love everything about this watch! I upgraded from the Fenix 2 and so glad I did. I won't get all technical because you can read up on all the specs yourself but if you are familiar with the Garmin Fenix series you will love this watch! HR, golf, calendar, customized workouts, steps, sleep, and so much more. I got rid of my Fitbit when I got this.

Excellent watch with great features. For it being marketed as a outdoor watch you would think it would be more resistant to scratches. The black bezel scratches with even the tiniest bump into something. Great watch overall but if you don't like it to get scratches I would recommend one with the silver bezel. If you don't care about the scratches than it is a 5 star watch

I run a ton with this watch and love everything about it.

Great watch with awesome tracking features. Super intuitive about keeping you on track for your goal and advising you of when you need to rest. Do not purchase the rubber plugs for the charging ports as they will trap water and cause the pins to rust. Love the watch!!!! Wish I had it sooner.

This watch is exactly what I need. Tracks everything. Is rugged. Is accurate. Looks like a regular watch. Sure it is not as slick as the Apple Watch, but this is more sport oriented as opposed to lifestyle oriented. I've had the Apple Watch and loved it, but since having the Fenix 5...no comparison for my needs.

This is one of the more accurate watches that you can find. If you need this specifically for working out then this is the right watch. It is not touch screen and that helps when you're running. Your sleeves won't get caught up on the screen. Highly Recommend this Watch!

This is the best activity watch I have had so far. It is easy to download several watch faces to change on the fly. It takes a little while to get used to which buttons to use for the multitude of functions, but like anything else, you get used to it quickly enough.

This is an excellent watch. However, I would have NEVER bought such a nice watch for myself. I am truly enjoying the many functions it has and truthfully it has probably made me more active as I try to use this watch as its supposed to be used. If you've got the money and are searching for this type of watch then buy this watch. You won't be disappointed as you continually learn it's capabilities.

Use it on all my runs. Keeps great stats and is easily synced with my android phone and Garmin account. Good battery life. Would have liked more life, but the size increase of the 5X was too big for my wrist.

Wanted a true sports smartwatch that could do everything I wanted. I like riding my bike but my last smartwatch was not the best for this function. With the Garmin Fenix 5, I am able to see all the details from my bike ride. One of the best parts about the watch is the build in GPS, it doesn't really in your cellphone. If you are an active person then this is a watch for you.

The only complain I have about the watch and I've had the watch for about a month now is that the Bluetooth connection is spotty. If I'm 10 steps away from my phone I lose connection. This was not the case with my vivoactive 3 or another Garmin watch I've owned over the years. Hopefully this is something Garmin will address.
