Great watch for running and other fitness activities. The only issue I have is the clasps are weak.

Awesome watch for running - great features & long battery life. Run for hours all week without having to charge back up!

I would recommend this watch to any avid outdoorsmen. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is the stair counter and altitude aren't very accurate.

if you like to work out with diff gym equipment and moniter your heart rate during the work out this watch works great. work with chest strap and is very accurate. Not user friendly.

Traded up to the Fenix because it is waterproof. I now use it as a backup dive computer for scuba. Great for everyday or OCR.

This is a upgrade from my Garmon 235. It is a great watch. It does all that I want and so I have more.

Very good product, it is an improvement over the Fenix 3hr, but heart rate accuracy when I was strength training very poor. Also it is quite expensive, not for me. Returned.

I was looking for something that could replace both my fitbit and my Suunto watches, and I found it in this Garmin Fenix 5! I didn't get the 5x as I use Onx maps when I go hunting and I also have a handheld Garmin GPS that I bring, so no need to pay for the 5x model. This does everything that I was looking for: tracking steps, workouts, hiking, GPS activities... love it!
