More accurate and does more than Fitbit! I needed more of a heart rate monitor than steps!

Love this GPS watch! It has significantly improved my regular workout routine! The GPS function is easy to use and provides easy access to the resulting run profile following a workout! I have not tried the app yet, but looking forward to checking it out! On the downside it does take a bit to fine the satellites.

I've had this watch for a few months now and overall it works great. The greatest enhancement from the 220 to the 225 is the need to no longer wear a chest strap to get your heart rate. Often times, my watch tend to freeze and I have to hold the power button for like a minute to have it restart, that is my greatest complaint. But, besides that. Everything works great. I also wish that the watch would just have a simple stop watch feature, when you don't need the GPS function and you just want to time yourself doing something.

I bought this sport watch for my husband's birthday. He had done a great deal of research regarding this type of watch and this provided the most benefits for what he was looking for. He loves it and wears it all the time!

I haven't uploaded anything to my computer yet but I like it as an everyday watch. It is a tad on the bulky side but very light and has pretty good look. Gives you mile splits and heart rate while running as well how many steps and reminds you to move and probably many other things I haven't investigated yet. I don't like when wearing it while doing activities my wrist/hand accidentally turns the run/gps on.

I got this for my daugher, She loves to run but wanted something that shows heart rate. most of the ones that we looked at you had to wear something for the heart rate. this is all in the watch. A good purchase for me to get her.

It's a great simple item to use for your runs. I'm still playing around with the features but so far very satisfied especially with the simple fact that I don't need to use a chest strap for heart rate.

This is awesome at tracking my mileage accurately. It also tracks my heart rate, so that I don't over exert myself.

Watch is awesome, gps gives me freedom if running without my phone and the multiple facets of if running, pace, hr are awesome. Only negative was treadmill run tracking is way off. Look forward to reading this out for swimming.

Great garmin to help with training of running and walking keeps your pace, distance, time, heart rate.

The Garmin Forerunner 225 works as advertised. I was just disappointed that all the information it records seems to be trapped in Garmins proprietary software so you really can't save it or share it or do anything else with it :-(

No lag time on the gps connection, wireless heart rate monitor is a definite plus.
