Love the data that is offered with this watch. What I don't like, is how hard it is to get it. you constantly have to power off the watch to get it to reconnect to bluetooth and then multiple attempts of getting it to sync. It is difficult to get it to connect to gps and then sometimes it does not display the correct time on the watch because it does not sync. I followed multiple suggestions on getting it to sync by always allowing it to use my location. I thinking I am giving up.

Got a blue watch. Ruined my dayghters bday. She dont wear blue. To get it exchanged has been insane. I was told sept 28th and now they say october

Not purple at all. Returning!

DEFINITELY NOT PURPLE! I ordered this specifically for the color it is in the pictures. It was delivered and is absolutely blue. I understand “iris” can be blue or purple but the picture clearly shows purple and is highly misleading.

The main problem is that online Iris looks like it favors the color purple. But when I received the watch it was 100% favoring blue.

"Iris is an ambiguous color term, usually referring to shades ranging from blue-violet to violet. However, in certain applications, it has been applied to an even wider array of colors, including pale blue, mauve, pink, and even yellow (the color of the inner part of the iris flower)."

I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the watch. We do have vidoe's and FAQ's at support.garmin.com that may assist you with the device. As well, from that link you can reach out directly to a product support specialist is you still need assistance.

Great running watch for the price! Tracks distance accurately, along with heart rate. Doesn’t take a long time to start the watch up or connect to the gps.
