This is a great addition to any Garmin device. You can't get an accurate calorie count without a heart rate monitor. East on and off and comfortable (as it can be). Pairs with my 220 and Vivofit and at the same time if needed.

I bought this heart rate monitor to provide me with newer data points in my endurance running training. I feel it is consistent in the days captured. It's interesting to view the HR differences from a wrist worn device like my Fitbit charge. You have to find your own comfort level with this strap.

I bought this separate from my Vivofit smart and it syncs seamlessly, easy to put together and fits fine. Easy to take apart and clean. Not sure what other functions that it would have but it does its job well.

Bought this monitor to go with new Garmin vivoActive smart watch. Paired to device easily, syncs data without any issues, comfortable to wear and easy to maintain. No issues at all with this product.

This is a must have with the Garmin fenix 3 watch to track your heart rate.

We bought this for my wife to monitor her performance when doing kickboxing workouts. It's a great motivational tool to see how many calories you are burning. She tries to burn a few more every time she goes to class.

Great addition if you have a Garmin watch. It's very accurate tracking your heartbeat. It fits very comfortable and you don't even know you have it on.

The soft strap in the premium band is much more comfortable than the standard 'plastic' strap version. Seems to keep solid contact (and I have a decent amount of chest hair. lol). If you use these straps regularly as I do the premium version is the way to go. Far less noticeable too than the less expensive plastic-framed strap. The monitor unit is identical, however, unless you upgrade further to the 'runner version' which includes cadence, step height, etc for serious runners.

I honestly didn't think that I was going to like wearing this but I can't begin to tell you how accurate this is strap is. Outstanding product!

The Garmin heart rate band is a great addition to the VivoSmart band. It is completely adjustable and very easy to clean after workouts!

Used it with my Garmin Viviactive Hr. After the learning curve I've found it works perfectly. I'm fairly hairy and it connects consistently.

Works great Fits well. Garmin belts seem to last about two years before starting not to work so well. I do clean often. I do use about five days a week so it is very used. Happy with how it works but wish it did last longer

The monitor works well, and communicates with the paired Garmin Vivofit2. The strap could be a bit wider, and would subsequently feel more secure. That said, this setup has not failed during a workout, nor has the strap slipped or otherwise shifted uncomfortably. It would simply feel more secure had the strap been designed to cover more surface area. The monitor itself is small and shallow enough to not impede movement.

I love this band, it's easy to wear and I hardly notice it when I'm working out.

The only heart rate monitor to get if you have a Garmin cycling computer. My old Garmin heart rate monitor strap quit working after many years of faithful service. This new model is much better. It works perfectly and you can remove the sensor and wash the strap.
