As athletes, especially cyclists, the heart rate monitors play a huge part in performance. The Garmin monitor keeps track so you push yourself to the max and not "blow up" on your ride whether you are on hills or flats.

Love that I am able to use a heart rate strap with my tracker band for working out and then also able to just wear the wrist band for my everyday. I couldn't have the flexibility without this heart rate strap.

Problem was a lot of different watches and not clear which one kept the best data and the differences.
