Great bargain for the price. Traffic updates was hard to figure out but forums are really useful.

I couldn't ask for a better product at such a great price!! I highly recommend this GPS system!!

It does the job, however, the voice is sometimes unreadable, so I switched to the English lady

The purpose of a GPS is primarily to get you from pont A to B. If it can't do that efficiently, I'd classify it as a "not ready of prime time" product. The 255W is just that. I installed the latest maps, and POI database and still find that I cannot rely on it to get me from here to there as the databases are out of date, or innacurate. The GPS, itself if fine, but the deal killer is that it doesn't work very well. That's a shame as TomTom runs circles around Garmin for its ability to get you from that A to B although the Garmin is easier to use. Don't but a Garmin unless you like to flip a coin as to whether the next destination will take to miles from where you want to go.

Would like to have lifetime maps included in the GPS. Overall it is a great electronic device.

I like all aspects of this device - you can update it online, and the directions are concise.

Best Buy had a good Christmas price on this unit incl. lifetime traffic. Pretty hard to beat

The only thing I would have done different would be to get the one that is bluetooth capable.

I gave it to my Son for Christmas and he really loves using it. Very easy for him to use.

For the price it is a great deal. Traffic updates work only in some locations of the USA.

Very good products. You need to learn how to use it. There are a lot of usdful functions

Love this GPS. The POI is very cool...search by city, category and so much more.

It is really easy to use and understand...It was really easy to set up too..

No instructions for a 255wt. Papers included said 205w. No instructions as to all the options or how to get free lifetime traffic updates. If you know how I can get an instruction booklet I would like to know where.

gps is osam and nice and its so franstastic direction . i like garmin gps

I've used this 4-5 times now and each time it has been incorrect. It tells me I'm across the street when I'm in my driveway, it tells me to turn right on my mom's street when her house is to the left, and it continually tells me it's redirecting the route even though I'm following the directions exactly. I bought this so I wouldn't get lost as easily, but it seems to only be testing me to see if I know the right way! I would have returned it, but my husband didn't want to pay the restocking fee and told me to keep it. Oh well--at least I know if bombs aimed at me are landing by its directions, I'll be safe!

This product is easy to use and set up. The price was good, but the product does not have newer routes to places and doesn't have some older side roads in the system.
