I bought this as a gift for my 75 yr. old brother. I specifically ordered from you thinking he could get help if necessary from his local Best Buy in FL. They offered no help. He is still working on trying to figure it out himself. I hope this was not wasted $ on my part.

i was on a road trip from la to San Francisco and I needed a gps asap, so I grabbed this and I was again on the road , just connected and drive, good gps for a good price.

I like how the Garmin works. The case fits very well.

This GPS does everything I could want and more. I highly recommend, especially if you connect your phone and use Foursquare.

This is our second GPS Unit. We had to purchase a second unit as our original GPS did not accept "decimal coordinates". After reviewing all of the brands and models that fit our requirements, we chose the Garmin unit and have not regretted it. I use it every day and it has been a time-saver (traffic alerts) and a money saver (speed limit, school ahead & work zone reminders). I wish the unit came with an additional electrical plug auto charger. I could then plug the GPS into my 6 outlet automobile power unit.. So, so many cords... When did the mobile office become so cumbersome???

Accurate, a bit slow in the initial but works fine

I do iron butt rides on the H D and this G P S helps a lot. 1552 miles in 24 hr. Can see the big screen really good. And helps finding gas.

We are looking forward to our first road trip soon

loved it don't have any problems with it. use it every day and once a week i go out to eat some were different and am able to get back home using the gps.

We love the GPS. The voice commands work great. The only thing could use some improvement is the sound quality when syncing your phone via the Bluetooth

I had bought a Gps for me my Girlfriend and my dad

Purchased unit and left for a trip. Entered destination and we were on our way. Liked how I could search for lodging, food and gas facilities

Bought this for my son's birthday, because his other one died. He really loves it and said it works great, with many awesome features.

Step up from my older and smaller screen GPS. The 2689LMT works great with the larger 6" screen and I like the voice recognition feature. I do not use the hands free calling on cell phone since our vehicle has integrated bluetooth. We did play around with it and seems to work just a good as the integrated system. Just make sure the mic is within the talking area. Only issue with the traffic is there seems to be a dead spot (large one) in the South Carolina I-95 corridor. Stuck in traffic and had to use the Google app on my phone to find out why we were in bumper to bumper traffic. From NC to FL that was the only traffic issue. Map has lots of POI and very good overall.

Love this new Garmin. Does everything I wanted and more. The size is just perfect for us not so young spring chicken - very easy to see and read.
