If you think a GPS does not do enough then you need to try this one. Voice command, manual use, maps and traffic are easy to read and understand.

This is one of the best GPS I've ever had. It's so much better than my old Tom Tom. Easy to program.

Have had several Garmin GPS products over a ten plus year period and this is the best one yet. It has a larger, very clear screen that provides excellent information. The Lifetime Maps and Traffic are a great benefit for me. This is used for personal travel as well as pulling our RV to campgrounds and resorts.

I really like the split screen with lane indication. The voice commands are very helpful. I enjoy the "turn right after the gas station". Vs just telling you the street name. My only conplaints with this gps is that it has a tendancy to "recalculate route" even when i havent taken a wrong turn. Also it does not recognize my voice when trying to tell it an address. Very disapointed in that because the whole reason i got it was to be able to speak the address vs having to type it but it just doesnt work.

I would have missed my flight visiting Chicago this summer if my Garmin had not informed me that the route I was on had changed and would delay me an hour! I love all the updated traffic and the ability to speak my destination rather than having to write it out.

I like the lifetime map in traffic updates. I also like the voice command And the ability to determine what street you are on.

Easy to use & easy to see. I like that posted speed limits are displayed on the screen.

I have the 7 inch model and this 6 inch model works exactly the same. Both are great products and make car driving a lot easier.

I replaced my Garmin Nuvi 650 for this model 2689LMT...what an upgrade!!! It has the pinch zoom feature, gives you a heads up on turns, wide screen view. I am very happy and pleased with this purchase. The only thing I found weird was the speedometer telling you when youre going over the speed limit. If youre going to tattle tell GPS, you might as well support telling me where the cops are hiding...like on Waze...but thats just a personal gripe. Other than that, I really like this version. Thumbs Up.

I bought this navigator for use in a used minivan that didn't have one from the factory. My wife owns a Ford with a navigator and I have one from Nissan and I can honestly say, the Garmin blows both of these away! It is spot-on with directions. The realism of many of the exits is amazing. We even use and like the Bluetooth connectivity with the phones. I really haven't found any flaws or complaints yet.

We have always bought a Garmin and needed a new one. This GPS is truly on top of technology and has everything you need to make a trip as smooth as possible. This gives you gas stations, restaurants and rest areas along your route and you know just when they are coming up. The directions for changing lanes are clear and concise. Love it!

Screen is crystal clear,Size is perfect even on sunny days,Using voice command instead of entering information is awesome.

I purchased this GPS the day before driving to Washington DC/Arlington Virginia. I learned how to use it in one afternoon. It delivered me right to the door of the people I was visiting. Driving in the DC area is the most difficult I have ever encountered in 46 years of driving. This GPS came through for me all the way.

I have used this GPS almost daily since purchasing it. I have taken two long road trips out of state also. The maps are great, the sound quality is excellent and the traffic alert worked well also. I would recommend this product to anyone. The larger screen is also very easy to see even for someone who has to wear glasses.

I had to replace my old GPS and this one has a large screen and was on sale for the same price as the smaller one. It is very easy to set up and use , plugged it in and had it take me home from the store. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I live in south west Florida and it is very bright hear in the day time. I could not see the screen well and purchased a anti glare screen protector from from "NuSheild " . It solved the problem. Other wise I love it and I cant wait to go on a real road trip with it. Oh and syncs with your smart phone a very cool feature ....

This is the 2nd Garmin that I have owned. I love the voice control and the touch screen features. There are a few things that are different from my older NUVI; for example, it does not prompt you to enter a city when you are searching on an address. Instead it looks in a 3 state radius which can take a bit longer. I also liked the variety of voice options that do not seem to be compatible with this newer model. Not sure why, but we went to NC from VA and it was set to the 'fasted route'. We wound up in SC on a gravel road...Not sure that was really the fastest route...

Great item. Screen easy to see at a distance. Intuitive and so easy to use. I am so glad I made this purchased.
