Why mess around with data overages, killing your battery, and all that other garbage? Just pick one of these up. Garmin is the gold standard, just wish Apple woulda used their maps. Then maybe I wouldn't have bought this... Good product.

This is the second Garmin GPS that I've owned and this one is just as good as the first one. Very easy to set up and to use. The only complaint that I have is this unit is difficult to remove from the bracket compared to the 52LM that I have. I've actually left the bracket on the unit when I don't use it to not hassle with trying to remove the bracket.

We buy Garmin because of the the turn by turn voice commands. It lets you know when you get close to your turn. Love that it no longer repeats "recalculating" when you take different way than it told you. Nice size screen. Works quickly. Great features like showing gas stations and restaurants close to where you are without having to type it in.

My old Garmin was good, but didn't have lifetime maps and got out of date quick. I was tempted to go with a different brand but I am used to the screen on my garmin and like it the way it was. The only one like that was a new garmin, so that is what I got and with the lifetime maps, it won't go out of style for a long time... Love this garmin...

This is a typical Garmin GPS with a few extra bells and whistles. Overall, I'd say the Garmin is 90-95% accurate. I'm not sure that any other product is better for accuracy. Like any GPS, it is best if you research where you need to go and then use the GPS as backup or confirmation of your plan. This unit starts fast and so far has been reliable.

Faster than my older gps but you need a learning curve for this one. It starts out dim, changes maps in mid course, and you no longer need to input city or state, it calculates on it's on then gives you multiple choices, this is both good and bad. Like I said, you need a learning curve and I don't use it often enough to be too proficient.

I was looking for a basic GPS to help get from point A to B and this does that and then some. The feature to turn on points of interest along the route, such as restaurants, is nice and you can easily add a secondary destination during the trip. Easy to read maps and the split screen feature before exiting (shows off ramps) is handy.

This is a great GPS for the price. Very user friendly!

I purchased this gps because our old one would not update withiut paying for a new map. This gps says there are free web map downloads for updating so I really liked that feature. The suction and device hooking is really tough and strong. I have had no issues with it so far. I only wish it came with a case to hold the device.

I had my doubts about this since i had only used factory installed navigation systems. After using this for a few road trips this summer i actually prefer this over factory installed unit. It has more features. The only small drawback is the less than ideal windshield mount. I purchased the dash mount and found that it works great.
