This thing is amazing (but every Garmin GPS is). It has a smaller screen, so if you have a hard time with smaller fonts I would look at other models. Other than the lack of the voice command feature, it's the best investment I ever made.

We upgraded to this Garmin from the previous Garmin we owned because someone liked our GPS more than we did and stole it from our truck we knew we would buy another Garmin and it is great!

This is a very user friendly device. Extremely accurate. This unit doesn't have the traffic updates but the price of it does reflect. For a hundred bucks you can't go wrong. Plus best buy price matches amazons pricing. Overall five stars.

I use the Garmin everyday. Love the ease of use and the variety of visuals to see speed, distance and arrival time.

Easy to use GPS with a reasonable price. This is the second Garmin I own and I have not been disappointed yet. The only "but" is that if you miss your destination, it does not recalculate the route automatically, which can be a problem.

This is my third Garmin GPS within the past 9 years, I am always very satisfied with Garmin products especially since they have included Lifetime Map updates! Thank you Garmin!

This is the fourth Garmin I have purchased. I felt it is a little awkward to input the address first (different than the model I had before). but after a few tries, it is actually not bad at all. It is easier to delete saved address.

Really easy to use and the maps are great. If you go to Garmins website you can download different driving vehicles. Purchased European maps with this as well. Works great

There are 4 drivers in my house and every one of us use a Garmin. This one is not the top of the line model, but it does almost everything some of the more expensive models do. I would recommend this product without any hesitation.

I liked this Garmin nuvi 55LM GPS for it's easy to use with voice prompts that tells you about the turns and direction. A good buy indeed.

I purchased one of my own, liked it and decided to buy one as a gift for a family member. The ease of use and lifetime maps are awesome! I would definitely recommend this Garmin for anyone who does any bit of traveling.

Bought this unit to replace an older unit for which map updates were unavailable. This unit comes with lifetime map updates. It works great and has a nice 3.4 x 5.5 inch display. Price was so good I bought two!

I have had a GARMIN GPS for years with no problems. However, this year we upgraded to a new GARMIN. Love the newer features and a number of other improvements. All this and LIFE TIME MAP UPDATES!!! Yes please.

I have had many GPS units over the years. Garmin is one of the best. A feature I was surprised to see in this model is the backup camera option. Unit is easy to use out of the box. Good value for lower end unit.

Easy to use; good display. Updates are included with product. Nice additions from prior version (e.g., identifies restaurant locations on the display).

The unit worked right out of the box! I brought it the day before I was leaving for a wedding and was glad to have it on hand, as I wasn't trying to get a ticket for using the GPS on my phone while driving.

Great GPS, works great, and lets you know ahead of time when to take turns and says it multiple times in a nice voice and not a voice like the iphone. In general its great and has so many options.

Easy to set-up, many options to make it useful. Not having maps for Canada (except for additional purchase) is a disappointment. Otherwise a good value.

Overall this GPS was an upgrade from a previous one which was about 5 years old. The new GPS did take a while to find a signal and the mount was cheaply made but overall I am pleased with the product.
