Nice tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a waterproof tracker and this one works well. Seems accurate. Screen is only weak spot. Dim and not very responsive.

Great piece of equipment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this watch and use the features daily. Although the interface takes a little bit of practice, it's fairly easy to get to the data that you've collected. The golf app is wonderful for tracking distance for each point of the hole, but recording the number of strokes and putts can be a little frustrating at times. I also wish there was a general app for Crossfit or circuit training activities as you are somewhat limited with the options provided. Overall, it's a solid piece of equipment with a number of features (Bluetooth capabilities, HR monitor and GPS, multiple apps, decent battery life, comfortable band, etc.)

Great update for the VivoActive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned and used the VivoActive smartwatch, which I really love from Garmin for nearly a year prior to "upgrading" to the Vivo HR. This is great update, although it is slightly chunkier on the wrist because of the HR detector, the functionality is slightly improved, the screen is brighter, sharper, and easier to read which was a weakness of the regular VivoActive and you get the built in heart rate tracking without the use of the cumbersome chest strap.

Best Fitness Watch under $600
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great watch with a large selection of applications to measure and record your effort level in many activities like: Cardio, Strength, Running and Walking. I have found that each activity app has three data screens that allow you to configure information that is relevant to your needs. I also golf and Garmin provides a golf app which provides all of the benefit of a separate golf GPS watch. I find this really beneficial as I don't have to wear two devices to track my steps and get my yardage. This does drain the battery fairly quickly on some real long rounds, but the recharge is extremely fast. Recharge is an hour.

Good, but not the Greatest
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price (which was a Black Friday special for $99), this is the best fitness wearable I could imagine buying. But compared even to the software of my FitBit Charge 2, it's lacking. Updates frequently cause crashing or breaks. Recently, an update has caused Google Maps to send constant notifications to my wrist during navigation (so my watch is buzzing all the time when I try to drive). While I love all the features of the watch by itself, and it's superior in terms of hardware in every way to my FitBit Charge 2, its integration with my phone plainly sucks.

Excellent Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been an incredible watch. Aside from the obvious (tracking steps), it does so much more when you link it to the app on your smart phone. My favorite feature is the GPS for golf courses. It gives very accurate readings to front, middle, and back of greens. It tracks how far you hit a ball. It even will keep score for you!

Great but not apple
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch does everything that you would expect and wanted to do for your sporting needs. However, I purchased this watch instead of an Apple Watch because Apple Watch at that time was not waterproof. Now that they are I would rather have an Apple Watch. If Apple is not your thing then this is the watch for you. From what I've read online and talked with other people this watch is more comfortable than it's bigger brother the Phoenix. I think this watch works very well and the battery lasts a long time. I just like the other things that an Apple Watch can do that this would not be able to do.

Great Sport Watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have now had my Vivoactive HR for over a month as I have been in the final stages of triathlon preparation. What most people don't realize is that the product will continue to improve with software updates. It has all the same sensors as more expensive options and 3rd party developers have done a lot to improve functionality via the Connect IQ Store apps. I've been very pleased with HR monitoring, sleep monitoring, GPS accuracy, lap count accuracy when swimming, and biking stats. Open water swimming is a bit off but I believe this will get better with updates. As far as smart watch features go, you can configure all notifications, including Google Hangouts to alert. If you are looking for something sexy and stylish...go elsewhere, this is for fitness tracking and data

Top Fitness Tracker on the Market
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely recommend. If you're looking for something for primarily fitness tracking, I definitely recommend this one! For starters, it's one of the only ones out there that is waterproof. (One of, not the only) Even if you're not swimming, this means there's no need to take it of when you shower, wash dishes, or play outside in the sprinkler (or in the rain) with your kids (or by yourself, no judgement here). Secondly, Garmin has great warranty if you choose not to get BB warranty, although, I highly recommend getting Best Buy's. Finally, the GPS is on point. It has a great location mapping feature and although their app is in need of a slight overhaul, which I hear is coming soon, it has a very detailed assessment of your day to day activities.

Great fitness watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this fitness watch to keep track of my steps and monitor my heart rate. I like how you can change the watch face and customize what you want to see. I also use this when I play golf and it works great for yardages and green view. I purchased this over the Fitbit Surge because this one is waterproof and I don't have to worry about it when I get in the pool. I purchased the Garmin Smart scale along with this and it syncs flawlessly with the Garmin connect app and the Vivoactive HR. Awesome watch for the money.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not an exercise buff by any means. But, this Vivoactive HR Smartwatch is really easy to use.
