I first bought the Samsung Gear S2 that I had for a week. My wife has the Samsung Vivosmart. Right off I notice that she had a better app. I got this and after one day I love it so much better. I wanted to be able to see what my heart rate was doing and my sleep. The Samsung didn't do that. Tbe only thing I don't like is the screen. It is hard for me to see. I have done several adjustments.

I love my garmin watch. I previously had a fit bit but I didn't like how it would count steps when I wouldn't even move. The garmin seems to be very accurate. The battery lasts about 5 days with the gps constantly on.

I don’t go anywhere without my garmin watch. I can track all of my activities even swimming from my wrist. I can keep a log of my day, check the weather, get notifications, it does it all. I love it!

This watch has everything packaged into one at a great price. I can run indoors and out, bike outdoors, swim, golf and more. It's even waterproof. And has a built-in heart rate monitor. No more straps, thank goodness.

This fitness watch does an excellent job as a daily pedometer with HR monitoring. It also excels as a basic running watch - it captures more data than a casual runner really needs, and the associated app or website gives great insight. Well worth it. Lots of downloadable widgets and watch faces to keep it fun.

Good battery life, GPS functionality is great. The watch is not as bulky as I thought. The different watch faces are good as well. I've had a few issues with it locking up during updates, but otherwise no issues.

I've had a Fitbit Blaze for over a year but decided to make a change. If I had to compare, Fitbit has a better app that is more user friendly but the detailed information given by Garmin is great, along with the built in GPS which has been very accurate. I also like that you can customize the watch face.

Garmin Vivoactive Hr is a great smart watch for monitoring the practice of many sports, in particular my sport is running and gym, which is why it meets what I was looking for, good materials and a very interesting design and functional applications for the practice of the favorite sport. Excellent buy!

Haven't used all of the features as of yet since I just bought this, but very happy with the watch compared to my Garmin vivofit. Sync with the Garmin Connect app on your phone or pc for detailed stats on workouts, heart rate, sleep times, etc. Big improvements in watch and Garmin Connect features.

After using the watch for a couple of weeks, I have increased my rating to 4 stars. I have found that after frequent use my ability to switch between functions has improved to the point where it's not an issue. Also, the battery life has been pretty good and it doesn't need to be recharged very often (using GPS is the big drainer, so short 30-45 minute runs don't use much, but a day hike might run it down pretty low). On the minus side, the flights of stairs climbed isn't very accurate. It misses a lot of steps when counting flights.

I have had the watch it for a week so I haven’t had an opportunity to experience all that the watch has to offer. That said, I really like how the watch feels on my wrist and the reminder notices to move are a nice feature.

This performs exactly as noted...the GPS works great. Good battery life, great user interface.. Only ding is it sometimes thinks you are doing something you are not...but that activity is easily deleted.

This is a very supportive and useful for athletes with multiple activities to review their performance. For the average person desiring a smart watch with many apps, this is one to really review as to how you might use it.

I really like the watch and the features. I walk, hike and work out on an elliptical machine and this does exactly what I wanted. It gives me nudges when I sit to long, which I like, and gives me goals to inspire me to move more too. Great watch for the user that isn't the extreme sports person.

This is a great bridge from a totally smart watch and a totally sports watch. Comfort at first a little bulky but used to it now, may have bothered at first from playing with it constantly,, plenty comfortable now. Battery life is good even using GPS for sports apps. Get a full week of battery even with about 5 hours gps use per week. Hope developers continue making more watch faces and apps and widgets to play with too. I love the variety of this watch and battery life.

This is my second Garmin Fitness Tracker, and to me, it's a significant upgrade over the VivoActive. This one seems more accurate, and once I got used to the bulk of the HR monitor on the back, it's comfortable. It shows a great deal of detail on the app and the watch. Highly recommended.

I found the VivoactiveHR easy to set-up and use. It links well with my Android phone. In use, I find the text a little too small for my liking. Understand the face is small so the print has to be as well, but still.

This watch is the perfect multi-sport smart watch! Pairs perfectly with Garmin Connect and other wellness apps I use (i.e. My Fitness Pal). Love not having to wear a HR chest band. And the swimming feature is also great. What needs work? The golf app is confusing to me and crashed the first couple of times I tried using it. (odd for Garmin.) And still wonder when they're going to come up with a 'tennis' widget for the activities. For now, just logging racquet activities under 'other'. But still, the best fitness/smart watch I've found by far.
