Very nice watch. Linked up with my iPhone with no problems. You have so many different apps, watch faces and widgets... It’s fun as well as functional. Garmin Connect is nice also. So much you can do and change on this watch.

I’ve been wearing this watch every time I go trail biking and running. GPS feature is a plus if you are visiting unfamiliar trails. I just like the way this works.

I am not a watch person so when my friend told me about it I was like I don't want to spend alt of money on something that I am not wear. I purchased this when it first was released at bestbuy and till this day I have not taking it off (obviously to charge) i don't even notice it other when it's yelling at me to move. Lol. Battery life lasts me almost 2 weeks. I have my message. Calendar. Weather. Music. Apps on the watch. Love that it tracks my steps. Stairs. Sleep. Heart rate. All in one. So worth the money.

Broke 2 Band 2's within a year. This was the most comparable one and as a bonus this one is water proof and the battery lasts over a week.

It's a smartwatch and a fitness tracker does heart rates and its waterproof what more could you need

It look promising but it was not. It was not that bright to see your workouts and the function controls were terrible.

I have enjoyed using my Garmin Vivoactive, great that can distinguish between different activities and best of all is that it is waterproof.

I enjoy the GPS and heart rate function, water resistant so I don't worry about the rain, easy to sync with my phones ( any platform)

so many options , this watch can do so much hold so much info def takes a few days to sit down and actually program it to fit your needs and getting use to it bells and whistle per say a little bulky to sleep with it on so unfortunalty I cant use the sleep feature but bought it to help me train for my first half marathon also motivating to get in steps and floors and daily goals and calories burned

Device malfnctioned after 3 months. Appears to have damaged by water, however Garmin claims it is waterproof up to 5 Atmospheres (swimming, diving, snorkeling). Besides that. I loved the device! It's definitely not as fancy as an applewatch, but it doesn’t need to be and I really like it. GPS, heart rate monitor, 8 day battery, waterproof, text messages. Lots of customization.

I was a little skeptical at first but it does most things very well. It keeps track of all your steps of course. Monitors heart rate and vigorous activity. So far it has been waterproof and I have showered with it on and went into the pool without any ill effects. There are a couple of fun apps on the Garmin store for it. Things I wish I had on it: Music streaming, text reply, simple news web browser.

I have used this daily since June and have been very impressed by it's functionality and performance. Not to mention its integration with my works wellness program.

I have owned and upgraded 4 Garmin fitness bands to date. I love that they can be used during swimming. I ride a bike, exercise in a gym, and swim for hours every week. The latest bands just get better and better.

Very comfortable to wear, easy to use, GPS works great, and it was on sale!

The attribute that ‘sold’ me was the watch is pool compatible. I’m not sure if it’s waterproof to 6 feet or 6 meters which I vaguely recall the sales guy saying. But it is also interoperable with the iPhone 8 which was the primary item I purchase & got the watch as a complimentary training piece. I’ve measured several time/distance intervals which enable performance activity quantization. I have also used the biking & walking activity trackers. Heart rate monitor is also a good feature.

Easy to use and has all the features I wanted. Being able to wear this device all the time is what drew me in. You can walk, run, bike, ski, and swim without ever having to take it off. Great battery life, too! My only complaint: the screen rarely illuminates when I gesture. No big deal as I should be keeping my eyes on the road when I'm running and/or biking and not looking down at my wrist.

Great watch and easy to set up. Pairs with my iphone for text messaging. I use this primarily for mountain biking and general exercise. I would like to see tennis as an option. Overall very happy this watch.

I mainly needed a watch to track my runs. After reading the reviews I settled on this watch. What I came to realize is how much more this watch does for almost half the price as other ones. Being able to track many different activities and the heart rate function is very nice. The battery seems to last a long time and with the Bluetooth function, you can use it as a smart watch to read text messages and listen to music with its built in memory. Overall, a great product and well worth the investment.

My daughter has qualified for the Texas State CC meet for two years as a 9th & 10th grader and asked for a watch to help track her training...Done!
