Outstanding watch! Does so much to track multiple fitness activities

My son wanted a new one to replace his old one. The price was great.

Had some defective models. First model, I could not stay connected to any of my phones (Windows, Android, iPhone). This is a known issue with Garmin. They fixed it, so I went back. Then, I got a 2nd one and HR sensory stopped working at around the 3 week mark. Took that one back. I really love what Garmin is doing. I still give it a 4 because of what an awesome device it truly is. It allowed me to create Interval workout and Circuit workout right on the device. The device doesn't need a phone until you want to sync. I hate that I had to take it back. I ended up with Garmin Fenix 3 HR, but I still love the touch screen of the Vivoactive HR. I miss it.

The watch and app are easy to use and works well. I only have one issue I am not receiving Apple iMessage notifications. I am working with support to resolve this issue.

Almost did not buy the unit because of some comments about the screen and it was so dim at first I was sorry that I did. However ... give it a chance. The functionality is great.

Great watch. Seems to be accurate with heartrate and gps. Took a couple uses to become accurate. One star off because you cant see it in the dark unless you click the left button

Wow. I now have more information about my activities than I have ever had. Very detailed information about running, walking, calorie burn, stairs climbed and descended, etc... The battery lasts about 6 days on a single charge. Very happy customer.

This was a great watch i used mine for a yer and upgraded to the Vivoactive 3 and love that one just as much. Downside to this watch is that the Vivoactive HR is now discontinued! Other than that its a awesome watch.

Does everything I need it to do. Had the Garmin VivoSmart before upgrading to this one. Never had any issues with Garmin brand and definitely plan on sticking with them. Only upgraded in order to have the HR monitor. Which works great !

Nice smartwatch that seems to help me keep track of my daily exercising. I like to set goals that I know I can reach and start again with a new goal. This watch really helps me track my activities, reaching and setting new goals.

This product is very easy to use and intuitive. The heart rate, steps and floor counts appear to be highly accurate. Also great for monitoring sleep patterns. The iPhone user app and computer website are also great for monitoring activities.

Love this fitness tracker. Great functionality. Use it every day.

Best 2 features are it is waterproof not just water resistant and it shows you how much you were in each heart rate zone for a particular activity. It also does recovery heart rate after an activity automatically. Great fitness tracker! Love it!

It's waterproof and it does wrist based HR as well as a chest which are the main reasons I bought it over the fitbit. It is very stingy on counting stairs or floors climbed though.

I went thru 3 FitBits before switching to Garmin. 2 of the Fitbits stopped "talking" to my Samsung phone and even the Samsung rep couldn't get them to re-sync. That's a high priority for me so we decided to switch to a different company and I couldn't be happier. I got lucky and the Garmin rep was at Best Buy that day so he sold me on the product. The Garmin is a bit bigger than I prefer but the functionality is great. The app also works well and the only time it didn't sync was when I let the unit run out of battery so totally user error. The battery lasts about a week and does notify me when it gets down to 10%. I also love being able to see phone notifications on my Garmin! Also, it charges FAST. I think it goes from 10% to 100% in 30 minutes...or close to it (when plugged into a wall outlet charger/not a computer).

I use this watch every day! its amazing. PLEASE NOTE: this is a sports watch NOT a smart watch. It has great apps for many different activities. The GPS works great. I've used it for several Triathlons, skiing, running, biking, hiking, etc

I bought this watch as a present for my husband. He found this watch very comfortable and he wears it all the time. It is also very easy to use to monitor physical activity.

I use this all the time to track my steps and monitor my heart rate during workouts. I love that it tells me when I get a new message or email as well

Learning a lot of new ways to use this smart watch. Using it for golfing and tracking my steps and exercising. The sleep function is very beneficial. The pulse has been accurate with the bike and treadmill when I am at my fitness center.
