I love my vivoactive HR. I usually use it to count my steps and monitor my calories, but the HR monitor is actually almost as accurate as the chest band. I use it when I do crossfit to calculate my calories.

Watch is always connected to GPS no waiting ti acquire satellites. heart rate monitor works well. Do not always get notices of texts and calls but will talk to Garmin or Geek Squad to see if set up correctly.

The Garmin watch met all of my interests: nice, accurate, has heart, steps and floors plus sports connects, nice widgets and apps to add, and lastly nice watch band that doesn't irritate the skin.

Iv'e had it for one month now and couldn't be more happy with it. The battery life is questionable compared to the advertisement but I'm still getting about 5 days which is OK for my needs. The heart rate chart is lacking the kind of data I was expecting on the watch and is supposed to be the big selling feature. I would like the option to remove the sports and exercises I dont do so I could add the ones I do, like drop golf and and stair step machine as an example.Net-net its a great product and have gotten tons of question about it at the fitness center.

I like the fit and size of the watch. I love the waterproof feature for the price. I have gone swimming and done 2 5k races since purchase.

My husband not great with technology and learning how to operate new items is sometimes a challenge, but he is really enjoying exploring all the new & wonderful information at his fingertips!

The watch was purchased for use by my cross country runners. The basic functions were easy to learn and use for tracking heart rate and mileage.

I had some initial issues trying to set it up. Read the instructions first. It didn't want to sync to my phone but finally figured that out. Now that I have it all working, it is great. I love getting my messages to my watch and that it buzzes me when I'm sitting too long. I've actually started walking more just do it stops buzzing me. I'm not a lazy person overall so I didn't think this would motivate me but it has. I have an old Garmin GPS and heart rate monitor but love that this one is all in one. It has worked great for my runs and bikes. I haven't tried it for swims yet. I do have to take it off for martial arts and since it is still during those times tells me I'm being lazy. Then I have to ignore it.

This is a great active watch. I use it for the walking running, and golfing features. the walking and running feature will map your course and when synced to your phone or computer you can see a map of your course. The Golf app is great...This was the main reason why I purchased the watch! It helps to track strokes, distance, and game averages. The distance to the pin is very accurate which helps a lot in determining the club and swing needed to set up to put. A feature i do really enjoy is the MOVE!/activity feature. The watch vibrates to let you know you have been inactive for an amount of time. It is a great reminder to take a quick walk. I especially enjoy this feature since my day is spent in an office.

The Garmin vivoactive HR is great for my needs. It tracks daily steps, sleep, calories burned, and heart rate. It has a GPS function for running, biking... and when indoors, you can pair the bike mode with your bike sensors. It also works well for counting laps in a pool, but does not work in the open water. The only complaint I have about this product is a lot of time the touch screen is activated by the water while I am swimming if I pause it and sometimes it causes me to accidentally delete my workout without knowing it.

I bought it for my hubby. He loves it. The battery life is longer than he expected. It can last 4 days without charging. Good job Garmin

I tried several other fitness trackers and this was the one that fits many different purposes. I use it on the track and on the elliptical. It is also nice not to have to worry about getting wet.

When paired with fitness pal this is a great weight management and training tool. Works great for bike training rides and HR is accurate

I like the versatility of the Garmin as I can use it for walking or biking. I feel it is very accurate for keeping track of steps.

This watch is on my wrist everyday and couldn’t be more pleased with the features and functionality of the watch. I enjoy the fact that you are able to swim with it on!

I like that it's waterproof. The band isn't as easy to change as some of the other brands but it's possible. The sleep function is nice.

I gave this watch to my wife as a gift and she loves it. very accurate with activity tracking but needs to improve with it's sleep tracking.

I use this every day I work out. The GPS is accurate. The Optical Heart Rate Monitor is a bit erratic, but I didn't expect "chest band" accuracy. OHRM works best during a slow warm during exercise.

Love everything about it! Easy to use, accurate, great for training and racing. Use it for everyday-counts steps! I can head out anywhere for a run and know the distance covered when done.

Works quite well -- GPS is acquired quickly and the smartwatch functionality is impressive. Heart rate accuracy is suspect, but, this is typically the case with wrist-based heart rate. Great purchase!
