Also, you have to climb stairs about 3-4 times before you get credit for 1.

Posted .We want to provide some assistance with the issue you have experienced. In order to achieve credit towards your weekly goal your workout must be at least 10 consecutive minutes. Performing a more vigorous activity resulting in a high heart rate can double your credit minutes allowing you to meet your weekly goal faster.
To address the Floors climbed the vívoactive HR has a built-in barometer that measure changes in elevation as stairs are climbed. The device will need to measure at least 10 feet of elevation change and detect natural movement in order to display floors climbed. Best regards.
