Was great.. till is wasn't

I have not been hard on the watch, no falls, no dropping to 100M depths... just normal use and the product closed its eyes, took its last breath and has not worked since. The strange thing is that a friend who talked me into purchasing this specific model had theirs die within a month of mine. We both purchased at Best Buy at roughly the same time. I don't know if there was a problem with a specific batch of these but its strange to have the same thing happen to our watches. Will update on the warranty issues later. RIP my little Vivoactive HR +.......
