I tried to get instruction from the web with no success. Even tried you-tube. I found info and videos on benefits but nothing on how to operate. I am still trying to figure out how it works. I can normally set watches without instruction but not this one. If there is anyone out there that knows how to get it working, PLEASE let me know. That is quite an expensive watch to just be sitting around doing nothing.

The screen on this device was designed to be seen best where ambient light levels are the highest. For situation where you are in lower light settings the backlight can be used. The backlight also has the ability to be adjusted to a higher level.
