Unfortunate Functionality Glitch

Unfortunately, it has a lot of trouble syncing with the app. It will work fine for several weeks, then stop syncing until you reset it (losing your data). It also has trouble syncing if you don't have a good cell phone connection, which causes the app to bug out, and again lose data. I'm regretting this purchase.
