So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good so far. A couple hiccups in the pairing process. Not sure if it was due to the app or the device needing the update and subsequent re-pairing.

Small and durable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has lots of new features on the Garmin connect app(Resting heart rate, Steps, manually put in recumbent times, stress level and etc)Easy charger to use, don’t even have to turn off every night. When battery starts to get low, put on charger. Small, easy to read. Maybe even more durable than past trackers, less parts. Overall I’ve gotten use to it. Very Good tracker!!

Great device!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an older version of the vivosmart and upgraded. Lobe the smaller screen and band. Not too bulky. I had trouble with the software/hardware but Garmin was great and sent me a new one free of charge.

Super durable, works great!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my 9 year old son who’s obsessed with fitness and tennis. He only takes it off to charge it, even wears it in the shower and swimming. It is extremely durable and works great. He loves tracking everything on his phone and personalizing it.

Great Watch!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A Big upgrade from the Vivosmart HR! Like how it is customizable and easy to use; the outer "ring" over the screen came off not too much longer I had it, but it still works!

No bueno
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not suggest this product to anyone, it overpromises and under delivers, it is very comfortable tho for sure wish it was also good.

Glitchy and inaccurate
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re looking to swap from a FitBit, save your money. The Garmin app is fantastic compared to FitBit but the data is inaccurate so it’s useless. Garmin support has no real answers for the inaccuracy other than to send it in for repair although many users on the forums report similar issues. I’ve heard some of their other fitness trackers don’t have the inaccuracy issues but I don’t want a bulky classic watch. If garmin could make this product work the way it’s intended, it would be a great product. The watch is very lightweight and is essentially unnoticeable on the arm, it just doesn’t track properly. So much wasted potential. Bpm is off by 20-30 when working out. The sleep tracking feature doesn’t count naps as sleep so if you have to get your sleep in parts, sleep tracking won’t work out for you. REM is always missing until a few hours after waking up. Garmin server crashes seem to be a common issue. The step count is incorrect. During the first week of use, there were a few features that didn’t work at all even after checking the band fit. Those features slowly started working on their own but its concerning to have this many issues right out of the box.

Posted .I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your vivosmart 4. support.garmin.com offers many FAQ's and video's on the functions of the device and how heart rate can be inaccurate due to the types of workout you are doing. As well, there may have been software updates for the device as there would be no information on how long the device may have set on a shelf before purchase. If you have further questions or needs assistance, please go to that link where you can reach a product support associate directly.

Some nice features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the new features the Vivosmart 4 offers, I just wish they'd kept all of the features from the 3--like displaying the total calories burned.

Perfect For My Wants
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am really enjoying this tracker. It monitors steps, stairs, hear rate and sleep. I know there's a lot more to it than what I use it for, but it's enough for me. I'm still learning all the things it can do.

Small, simple, and works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Garmin fitness tracker worked well for tracking my fitness activity. I liked how the device is small and simple. The device has a small screen and is what I needed. Some of the larger name devices have larger screens but a bigger price tag. Great product for the simple features I need.
