This is actually my 3rd Vivosmart 4. Past ones have lasted roughly a year. Get a bit beat up in that amount of time, mostly from damage during house/yard work, which would be expected. The bezel tends to fall off rather easily (after a few months with the first one I had and about 8 or 9 months with the second one I had), but still works fine if/when the bezel does fall off. I wish the band could be replaced. Heart rate sensor seems a bit glitchy at times, where the heart rate will show activity when I'm just sitting and relaxing, and vice/versa, when high intensity workouts are being done and the heart rate will not pick it up. Not sure why, but nonetheless, I'm pleased with the Vivosmart 4.

It would get 5 stars if you could buy replacement bands and also the lock that keeps the strap in fell off and now I can’t lock it down so it catches on my Pants as I walk.

Seems to record steps ok, unless you're carrying or pushing something. It's useless for weight training, it can't track sets, reps, or exercises. It won't work with, or communicate with my Garmin bike computer. I wanted to like it more, but it's too hinky.

Please go to support.garmin.com for FAQ's on improving step accuracy. There are also many articles and video's on the device functions. The device does broadcast heart rate so depending on your bike computer it should work. You may reach out directly to our product support team from this page should you still be experiencing any issues.

Love the tracking options and low profile. However, there is a factory issue I’ve had now with 2 of them where a bubble forms under the band.

We have enjoyed the Garmin vivosmart 4. It has a stress monitor that allows us to recognize stressful moments specifically and remember to pause and relax. It is a great step counter and the sleep function helps us see what the real sleep patterns look like.

I love this Garmin watch. I've had them before and love the data rich details in a compact package. But even better is the fact that Best Buy had it at a much better price than the Garmin website.

The app data is difficult to understand. When it tries to give O2 reading i ca not see the time. I previosly had the fitbit and vivo which were much easier to understand on the app.

I had to return the small size to the store and order the large to fit my wrist better. For some reason the new one doesn’t track reps like the first one would. Randomly looses bluetooth security And have to pair the device again. if the unit dies you loose all you activities before the last sync. And if you wear sleeves that go over the screen it picks it up as you are touching it, annoying.

Product is slimmer than the previous one I had and screen has more clarity. Added pulseOX function is nice. Only negative is that when tracking steps only three digits show in one row so number comes across in two rows.
