Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Vivosmart Activity Tracker's long battery life, ease of use, and comprehensive notifications. Many appreciate its water resistance and accurate step tracking capabilities, along with the comfortable fit and useful sleep tracking features. However, some users experienced issues with the display size and Bluetooth connectivity. A few customers also noted that the device lacks a built-in heart rate monitor and that the software could be improved.

The Vivosmart works well and is easy to use. The design is pretty slim. I only wish it would sync with my older Android phone.

My Garmin is really great. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a GPS. One of the main reasons I chose the vivosmart was because it had the water proof feature, being able to swim with it is great. I also like the feature of meeting goals the vivo has a auto goal setter which based on you and your stats, it challenges you to go higher. My friend also has one as well we both love it!

I love how it connects with my phone easily and gives me updates on my steps and sleep patterns. I also like how it lets me know when I have a text or alert from an app on my phone, as well as a phone call if my phone is on silent. It's a little difficult to navigate on the watch, had trouble setting up the swimming portion

Cool Smart Band with Some Hardware Issues

This is the 2nd Vivosmart band I have purchased - one for my daughter, and this one for my nephew. Overall, it is a very cool band with great design and feel. Features are awesome for a band at this price point. The first Vivosmart band we purchased had to be RMA'ed as it stopped working after about 5 months. The replacement was much better and had a brighter screen and seems to be holding up much better. This second band has some issues with pixels missing from the top and the bottom of the display and probably needs to be returned as well. To summarize, I would say that feature-wise this is an awesome product, but hardware quality may be a bit lacking. It seems as though older generations of this activity tracker are not as strong as the earlier ones. Garmin support here was amazing and the Garmin Connect platform is awesome.

I had the fitbit charge hr and it was nice but is cheaply made and doesnt hold up. not to mention it was not comfortable at all. The garmin is great, very light and easy to read. doesnt need to be charged as often and is water proof. go buy it .

I bought this for my wife to replace an older Fitbit that was giving her issues. This fit all her criteria (water resistant, easy to charge, view activity, etc) at an excellent price. She's been very happy with it for the past month and I'm considering purchasing one for myself when my Fitbit dies.

This tracks activity like it claims, and I love the ability to get texts and alerts on it instead of pulling out my phone all the time. I had returned a Fitbit Charge and purchased this because of the Vivosmart's rounded fit over the wrist vs. the Fitbit Charge being flat.

Good battery life. Works very well as a fitness tracker and the phone notifications are perfect. I can see who is calling or texting without getting out my phone or having a big clunky smart watch on my wrist. Comfortable to wear, I only remove it to charge the battery.

My wife wanted a fit tracker so we went to best buy to check them out...Ended up getting the vivosmart by Garmin...She loves it, tracks her steps, even downloaded an app that tracks sleep and calories.

This unit does is all. I've had several fitness trackers and vivosmart is the best. It feel light and all the features are great. It takes some time to get used to the band navigation but you'll love it quickly. The app is the only downside. It gives you the info you need and works well with myfitnesspal but isn't very "pretty" or easy to use as others. Don't hesitate ... Buy it with confidence.

The Garmin Fitness Tracker is an awesome piece of equipment. It has many useful features and is actually quite comfortable to wear. I've had other trackers before, and the Garmin is easily the best. The only criticism I would have is that it was more difficult to set up and sync then I felt it should be. However, once set up, it syncs perfectly with my cell phone. Overall, a good tracker!

I was looking for the most accurate tracking and found this one. The customer representative was so helpful in picking it out. It will track only your actual movement since it is GPS based. Easy to charge and charge lasts long. Overall a great product.

It is waterproof!!!! Exactly what I needed. Does a great job tracking my steps, monitoring movement during my sleep. Love the step communities that I automatically become a part of. Being part of the community has made me increase my step counts weekly.

I bought this for my Mother as a birthday present and she absolutely loves it. She has mentioned many times of loving how when she get's a txt message or phone call it will alert her by vibrating and showing her a visual notification of who called or txt her. How it will vibrate to alert her to get up and get active is another thing that she absolutely loves. The problem arose today as the device has died. It will not charge or turn on. I was told it blinked and then showed a white bar that flashed on the screen and then just went blank. She has tried all tips she could find on-line including getting support from Garmin to hopefully fix the problem to no avail. Due to having Elite status through Best Buy my mother will be able to return the device for an exchange due to being granted a 30 day return, refund, or exchange policy under the Elite status that I hold through the company. The device seems to be amazing, using her words, but I was informed that this is a problem that seems to be arising with this device.

Good, but pretty basic Fitness Monitor

This has filled the need for both my husband and I in terms of a pretty basic fitness monitor. It seems to not have much of a bluetooth range, so constantly connects and disconnects from my phone - I'm sure this helps to somewhat deplete the battery life. Otherwise is comfortable to wear, love that it can get wet without damaging it, and easily has replaced my watch.

I have owned many fitness trackers in the past few years (Fitbit, Misfit and Apple Watch). This, by far, is one of the best devices you can purchase for the money!! It's waterproof, light & sleek and does everything you could ever want it to, including the time and notifying you when you are getting a call or text message. I highly recommend this fitness device!

I purchased this after seeing one that a friend had. I really liked the sleek design and how it felt on my wrist. I have heard of some problems that people have had but I haven't experienced any of those. It has worked perfectly for me.

I absolutely love my garmon bracelet. It's comfortable to wear and also withstands water. It tracks my every step and also tracks running and mileage as well. It syncs up to my fitness pal and automatically logs my exercise.
