It does all 3 of those well. Don't expect any crazy metrics its pretty baseline stuff but thats all I wanted it for. Good price for product.

Replaced my apple watch

Love the detailed tracking capabilites especially the morning reports. The only thing i miss about my apple watch is the ability to ping my phone

It does what I need , sleep , working out cardio and some other things . I love if I’m hiking it will notify someone if I’m hurt and gives them my location . Very cool . Love it so far

Great replacement for my Apple Watch!

It has enough smartwatch features but has all the fitness aspect I wanted for workouts. I’m a rower and do a wide variety of workouts so this watch is perfect. Best of all the battery doesn’t need charging everyday!

This is more of a training watch than a smart watch but i still get notifications. There’s an app specific for the watch and the information on there is so easy to read
