Honestly knew nothing about this watch, I had always assumed I would be getting an apple watch. Read many reviews, and decided to give this one a shot instead of flying towards apple like usual, such a great decision :)

I got this to run, bike, and swim with. It does a great job and is very accurate (4 laps around the track is 1 mile on the dot). Got it for a good price, but very much worth the money. People complain about not being able to see the screen, just hit the light button.

I had a fitbit surge and then the garmin vivoactive. I liked the vivoactive more! More comfortable to wear. You can swim in it. The GPS is spot on. Good battery life. Customizable watch face and apps are awesome! Only improvement is it disconnects from Bluetooth frequently.

I originally owned the VivoFit 2 and wanted something with more capabilities. The Vivoactive Smartwatch was just what I wanted. I'm able to track my swimming, biking and running progress as I prepare for my first Ramblin' Rose mini triathlon through Tri It For Life.

Everything works well. The app has to be open on my iPhone 6 Plus and Bluetooth connected in order to use the music control, see weather updates, and calendar events. It always sends text message updates, emails, game updates and more if it's just connected to the Bluetooth and the app isn't open. The gps works well with recording.

This combo fitness tracker and smart watch is awesome. I wear it constantly. The size is good without being too big and is not heavy at all. The battery life has been impressive. I have used it in the pool, running indoors on a treadmill, walking outside, running outside with very good results. Love being able to control my music from it and check texts and calls to see if i need to stop and answer! I'd buy this again!

Long battery life. Large screen. This watch is good for multiple sports. It also connects via bluetooth to my phone to advise me of incoming calls and texts. In order to use the golf gps you must download to your phone the specific course you intend to play. This can be a bit of a bother if you play multiple courses.

Was a longtime user of Polar products and thought I'd give the VivoActive a try. Very nice overall,'with the only minor issue being readability of the screen in indoor lighting. Great outdoors; less great inside. Still though a good product.

I currently have been using this device paired with an iPhone 4s. I like that when I upgrade my phone in the future, it will still be able to be used with either an android phone or a newer iPhone. My only complaint has been the free downloadable apps- other than the stop watch one - do not work consistently.

This was one purchase I am not regretting. I like that I can sync it with my iphone 6 and it vibrates when I get a call, text or alerts. I can finally see how far I actually run and how slow...

I bought mainly because of GPS as I did not want to rely on my smartphone. Excellent choice, definitely worth the price: accuracy is guaranteed but remember to fully charge your watch before starting your GPS-tracked activity. Without GPS the battery duration is slightly less than one week.

One of the reasons I like this watch so much is because it's easy to start an activity -- Run, Walk, Bike, and even my Octane Zero Runner. It syncs quickly with my iPhone using Bluetooth. Garmin Connect is also a pretty good app. I'm happy with the purchase -- and at an affordable price!

Works great as watch and activity tracker . Battery lasts a long time as long as you don't use gps, which I only use in my longer runs. Waterproof and looks pretty cool.
