I rarely take it off. Love the step counter and heart rate monitor. Would have liked a built in monitor but I'm getting used to the chest band. Amazing on how it knows what type of sleep I've had too. Love that feature in the morning.

I like the display and ability to monitor my progress through the day without having to synch to my phone. The 'auto goal' feature is very cool, adjusting my daily step goals relative to actual steps taken. The sleep and activity results in the app seem accurate and inclusive. Personally I don't mind the battery power, not having to charge the device is a plus for me. All in all, I'm real pleased with the unit.

Purchased this product to wear to monitor fitness features. I like this product because it is user friendly, and I do not have to use it with a smart phone. It is the perfect product for folks without a smart phone!

I'm just loving my VivoFit! Not only does my Vivofit show my sleep patterns...how much I move at night, how restless I am...which is the purpose I bought it....but it shows my steps during the day, how many calories I've burned .... and it also shows me the time...so it actually takes the place of a watch also!! I can also use it as a calorie tracker but I haven't done that. There are things I can use this for that I haven't done yet....I only bought it because I wanted to check on my sleep patterns....but I got way more than I was looking for!! So very happy!!!

Fitness Band with Heart Rate Monitor great way to track your sleep as well the only down side of the vivo fit that there is no app for it on the windows phone...so if you don't mind getting on everyday to Sync via PC other then that it's a great fitness band

Garnin Viofit watch has some cool features like text messages can be read to your watch. The Garmin App is not greatest. A lot times the watch does not sync because app says disconnected and you have to reconnect to app to get data sync Over all watch is great and much better then some other brands out there.

My whole famy now has the vivofit!!! I have co workers and friends asking about it all the time! Most have bought one as well! Easy to use and very accurate!

This works great includes a lot of information and doesn't require being charged all the time. Add in heart rate monitor and time date display it's great

Did a lot of research and decided to buy this one bc it was the best when it came to what I was looking for. Like that it has the heart rate monitor and e calories and can wear it all day.

I had been trying to lose weight for some time and after reading the reviews decided to go with the Garmin. It's been great and keeps me active and pushes me to go that extra bit. I'm down 15 pounds in about 3 weeks an my whole body feels better and I've lost two inches off my waist

I bought this primarily to serve as a heart rate monitor while working out and it has performed that function completely satisfactorily. I have not used the whole-day activity monitoring functions and do not currently plan to do so as I do not wish to wear the wristband full time.

I also use the Garmin as a watch. It is easy to read. The other feature I like is the battery so I don't have to worry about recharging it.

After having a Fitbit for the last two years, I decided to try something different. I like this product since it doesn't have to be recharged after a few days. The battery lasts over a year. The only down side is that the alert to get moving is only visual, not a vibration. The heart rate monitor is comfortable.

I have now bought 5 of these for family and friends. Send one to South Korea to my son and we share ideas on Sunday when we face time. So easy to connect to fitness Pal and keep track of everything you are doing. Had a fit bit and hated it, I suggest anyone whose older should try the Garmin.

Got the Garmin Vivofit a few weeks ago and I love it! The Vivofit is lightweight and very comfortable. I haven't taken it off since it arrived. Set up was easy and it syncs to my iPhone 5 without any issues. I got the heart rate monitor combo, but only used it once. It worked well and I am looking forward to using it on a regular basis. The Vivofit band holds well and it hasn't been an issue. The connect app is really nice and easy to set up. All the features work as advertised, this is a top notch product! The sleep monitor is a nice option and the display in the app tells me how I sleep during the night. Thanks Garmin for creating a product that works.

This little nugget is awesome! It is the only monitor of its type that has a watch on it, which is what drew me to it to begin with. It also has the date, heart rate monitor (when band is worn around chest), steps taken, steps needed to reach goal, how many miles you've walked, & how many calories burned. On top of all of this, you can get extra wrist bands in different colors to change it up. This puts my Polar monitor to shame. I love love love it & would recommend it everyone!!

App GarminConnect has trouble syncing from time to time. Not enough support in the app to make this device better. Programmers need to get to work!!!! Heart rate monitor is wonderful addition for those wanting to monitor their heart during exercise activities.

the fitness band is small yet versatile. It gives accurate information. I was very suprised that is was very affordable

I really like this Garmin Vivofit. The dashboard is much better than the one I had for my previous tracker (fitbit flex). I like the fact that I know my actual step count, and the screen on the tracker is easy to read. It is nice not needing to worry about charging this unit -- it uses batteries. I have only had this tracker for about 1 month, but so far I am very pleased with it.
