Everything works great but the info displayed isnt all the data it monitors and i think u should be able to select what info to display as i want to know duration, heart rate and calories..

My wife has been using this for several months and the battery is still strong. Its much more convenient than the re-chargeable bands that will run out of battery after about a week.

Gave this to my son for Christmas. He is getting used to the way it works and enjoying the results so far. He's a high school teacher and works out whenever he can, so this is a big help with keeping track of his activities and his health.

I've had a FitBit, stopped charging after 5 mos, I had the Samsung smart band and that lasted for a mere 2 mos! I LOVE the Vivofit, the heart rate monitor seems to work well too. If I were to change one thing it would be the app. I would like to be able to see the workout information on the app rather than just on my computer. I would highly recommend this product!

this is great for counting my steps, hopefuly now I can get more out of ot since I finally broke down and got a smart phone. I am not very tech savy, so I had to have my 18 yr old step son show me how to work it. Easy to learn.

This device works well as a heart rate monitor and step counter. The sleep function isn't as good as Up Jawbone. The app on my phone worked only briefly, then began giving me errors. The sync via computer works much better. The web site/stats however are confusing and hard to use.

Band works great. The heart rate monitor is a bit uncomfortable & cumbersome to wear. It would be better to have it incorporated into the band vs having it be a separate aspect of the bundle.

The VOFIT is a great choice for anyone who is just starting out to get fit or even someone who is already fit. It links up with "MYFITNESSPAL" online or on your mobile phone as well as several other fitness programs. The heart monitor works very well with this item and I love the way it works.

Vivo fit 2 have more functional and personal programs...the monitor heart rate do not use in the swming pool...do not apropriate...for the others exercises its very great.

I'm very happy with the garmin vivofit. It tracks my steps, and has me increasing the number of steps daily. Also let's me know when I have been inactive for too long of a period. Doesn't require recharging, so all my steps count. One thing I don't like is that it doesn't count the time pushing a grocery cart, or riding a bicycle.

Provides significant information that motivates to continue with physical activity. The graphs help to understand the information. Easy link with the cell phone.

I'm just getting use to it, and like the light weight feel of it. Just enjoying it.

would have got 5 stars if it had a back light on it. that's really the only down side to it I have found. syncing it to my Droid is a snap. I like that.

Wonderful for water aerobics and swimming. Comfortable to wear. Lightweight. Just like wearing a wrist watch.

For the most part, the Vivofit tracks steps accurately, But one day I was on a five-hour car trip and Vivofit added 300+ steps when I was driving a car. Puzzling, indeed. The calorie counter is inaccurate. I can spend an hour kickboxing and it records 100 calories burned and on another day I can spend an hour in front of the computer and it records 200 calories burned. Crazy! If you want an electronic -- relatively accurate -- pedometer than you'll be fine with this..

The Garmin Vivofit fitness band with heart rate monitor is the perfect fitness tracker for any beginner trying to get into shape. I, myself, feels that is should have more features and is just plain. I purchased as a gift for my wife and there were some issues with it. I found it hard to link up with the heart monitor and the step counts were off compared to another tracker I own. Like I said, I believe that this would be a perfect fitness tracker for a beginner.

I would recommend the Garmin. I like the fit and it is easy to use. The only complaint would be that I can't view my information in unlit places.
