Love love love! Used this watch for my first half marathon, I charge the battery maybe once a week. I got it a year and a half ago and the battery is still amazing. Its water resistant, I've taken showers with it and its not a problem at all. Has everything I need, and its not too big!

This is a ok fitness band. It should be great though. I say that because this tracker does everything, and even more, than other fitness trackers out there. But the sleep tracking is broken and effectively worthless. I work overnights and my sleep pattern is not typical. For the week that I had this tracker it never once tracked my sleep correctly. Tracking my sleep is a major thing I want to be able to do, and this one just doesn't do it right at all. Other than that one thing it functioned great. So if you're not concerned about sleep tracking then this can work for you. I took it back and got the Fitbit Charge 2. While it lacks some features of this Garmin, it does everything I want and the sleep tracking is amazing.

Took me few time to get it connected with my phone but all is well. It is comfortable on my wrist. I only need heart rate and steps so I get what I want, I know it can do more but I just don't have a need for it yet. I will try outdoor when summer comes. Overall, I'm happy.

Smaller and lower profile than some of the other fitness bands. Multi-function with GPS for outdoor activities. Does not have a mode for swimming. I have trouble hearing my cell phone, so the Bluetooth connection to my phone is very valuable to me.

This is pretty easy to use and works great. I would recommend this to friends.

I think this watch is great but it might not be for me. It’s got lots of options and I’m more old school. The watch is very comfortable and lightweight

This is pretty comparable to a FitBit Charge. It's subjective whether you like Garmin's UI and software vs. Fitbit. One advantage to this is that it can transmit heart rate data through the ANT+ protocol, which FitBit does not support... ANT+ syncs up with higher end exercise equipment, such as Concept2 rowers and such.

Great activity band. Having the color display make this easy to read. Battery life is about a week and just easy to use. It is all touch based.

I really love my new Vivosport, especially the long battery life. The display is easy to read. Data transfers to my cell phone quickly and easily.

I love this Garmin. the only draw back I can see is it vibrates every few minutes if you are a few feet away from you phone. Sometimes it does it when I am sitting right next to my phone like it looses its connection to the phone. It makes me thing I have message or something. Other than that it is a great device!

As noted, this device last for about 5 days of normal use which is great. Comfortable band and bright display. App works well too.

I bought this the first day it came out. I had the previous version and it worked great, although the screen had cracked. The new version lloks like it has covered that issue, in its design. I would recommend the 2 year BB warranty also.

After the frustration of having my two Fitbits (and also one for my wife) fail and poor or zero warranty support from the manufacturer I decided to make a change. The Garmin Vivosport has been a great choice. It was easy to set up and all functions are easy to utilize. This is my first Garmin exercise related product but I have always had great success with my two Garmin GPS units. One GPS is a handheld Etrex and the other is a car unit. FYI...one was purchased after a previous car unit was stolen. GARMIN RULES!

Purchased for the low profile combined with GPS ability. The downside is many settings can not be adjusted on the device itself; they have to be adjusted on a connect cell phone. When you're at a mass start race with spotty internet at the start, you may not be able to just your settings.

I've been using this device for several months now and I really like it. It's a Garmin so I had high expectations and have not been disappointed. It does great when walking/running, daily steps, sleep tracking, etc. It's not very accurate when doing my Orangetheory Fitness classes, but from looking at reviews of the vivosmart before buying it I knew this ahead of time and since Orangetheory has its own tracker its not a big deal for me. I am also impressed with the battery life.

What I like about it is the size, the rest is ok, average compared to the Fenix 5x which I owned and the Fenix 3 and also the vivoactive HR which is def better because I can connect my bike speed and cadence sensors which cannot with the vivosport. Like the HR but, the rest is ok.

You know what I've read and waited 3 years before buying a fitness watch and I'm glad I settled on this Garmin. Pairs easily and perfectly with MyFitnessPal Moto phone and PC. Easy to use and all the features are exactly as stated. I wear 24/7 minus charge times. It completely and accurately tracks my workouts walks and steps climbed. Love it to death. This is a winner keeps me on track with my movements and in 1 week I've lost 6 pounds just with the easy reminders. A must buy definitely.

My husband bought a Garmin viviofit and I got the fitbit Blaze. From the moment we downloaded the app I was a bit jealous. This watch does everything related to health and fitness from biking (tracking with GPS) to measuring sleep cycle. The graphics are superior compared to the fitbit I bought. My fitbit stopped tracking a couple of weeks after buying it so I exchanged it for this model! It fits SO much better. I am not constantly aware that I am wearing a watch. Very pleased.
