It has many Fitness Equipemnt/Gym activity profiles, automatice rep counting, and a running profile that uses the accelerometer to track your distance. As well, there are articles on the fit of the device to be sure you are not wearing it too tight. Great watch, horrible band
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The watch itself is great - GPS, heart-rate tracking, Bluetooth integration, etc... love it. However, the strap is junk - and even worse, it is not replaceable. So when the strap breaks, you need to send it back to Garmin and get a refurbished one. I got mine in May, and my 3rd replacement just had it's band break - so #4 is heading my way. Shame on Garmin for putting out a device that is so fatally flawed. The warranty is only good for a year, so plan on buying a new one and budget in the price of postage for multiple warranty returns. SHAME on GARMIN for putting out such a fatally flawed product.
