This was the hugest pain in the butt to get done! The third party company they hired to do the installation was an hour at least away. Their truck broke down the first time. They showed up in a personal car. Didn’t have everything we needed so they had to come back a week later and to top it all off they didn’t even install my steam hoses!!! Nobody values a job well done anymore!!! Not a great experience buying from Best Buy. Probably go somewhere else next time.

Third party installer did a great job on I stalling the dryer after a propane conversion kit. Dryer works great.

Whirlpool is an excellent product. I first bought the matching washer a few years ago and have not had any issues with it. So far the fryer works great.

I purchased the conversion and install of my gas dryer. They did install it however they scratched and dented the surrounding walls as well as crushed the vent for the dryer. I reached out to Best Buy and was told someone would be in contact to right this however I haven’t heard anything and doubt I will. Would not recommend.

The install never occured. Wanted to leave product for someone else to install. Emailed store manager twice, never replied got overseas customer service who lied to me about being refunded. Nightmare... waited weeks for delivery of a dryer, for a delivery crew to come and make stuff up,

Dryer was ordered 11/12/21. Delivery was cancelled by Best Buy on 12/26/21. Finally delivered 12/03/21. Couldn't hook up part not ordered. After three further technicians attempts. January 21, 2022 was scheduled. No show. Called at 2:40 Given reason tech had to have Covid test. COULD have called us! Rescheduled for February 18/2022. Husband bought part. Hired local to install. Horrible service.

Guys that finally did the conversion did well. The problem is I had to supply the conversion kit (my own money) and was it 10 days for job to be completed. First time, technician did not have conversion. Left nothing accomplished. Second time, technician did not have the part and was not coming. I advised Best Buy representative I went out and bought the part, then the technician came and did the job. Best Buy is the worst company I have ever dealt with as a consumer in over 50 years!

they did a good job converting the gas dryer to propane. didn't take them very long to do it. Very polite and answered any questions. The only thing I noticed after they left there where 2 screws left laying there, not sure if it was from the dryer or not.

These guys really knew what they were doing and installed my LG gas dryer. They changed my city gas fittings to propane gas fittings and my LG dryer worked very well as expected

EXCELLENT! The servicemen were fantastic. They expeditiously and competently installed the propane conversion kit on the dryer.

The 2 man crew of delivery and installation did an excellent job. No damage during the delivery and the conversion from natural gas to LP was perform with 100% success the first time. During the installation and conversion every step of the way was explained to me in advance and perform to my satisfaction. Very happy with the 2 gentleman.

It has been delayed a month now due to faulty equipment and the fact that appliance conversions are supported by a third party that has terrible communication processes set up with best buy and downstream customer. We still do not have a working dryer after a month.

Two Guys came out in an unmarked truck to connect our new gas dryer. Told me they had to first convert it to propane before installation. They spent some time taking the dryer apart to do the conversion and notified me when they were done. One of the guys was testing it and said it was good to go. I washed a load of clothes and put them in the dryer. 30mins later they were still wet and the dryer was putting out only cold air. Now Best Buy is making me wait another week to get it corrected. Will never trust Best Buy again for appliances!

They didnt show up. No call, no email.. still without a working dryer that was delivered on 7/30. Ive soent hours trying to rectify the situation. Ive been lied to, ignored, disconnected, and spent over 12 hours on hold trying to get the install complete. Save yourself the headache...buy somewhere else

This service shows "installed" and it was NOT installed. Tech came to the house and stated that the correct parts were not delivered so I am now without a dryer and Best Buy wont return my calls or emalils.

technician was on time, professional very knowledgeable.

Installers did a great job converting the dryer from gas to propane. They took care when bringing into the house for installation. They took all packaging away.
