Everything is working great. But they installed gas on opposite side of how i previously hooked up. Not the best way.

The installers acted professionally; installation took about 3 minutes after the dryer was carried up the stairs to my second floor utility area. I've had the dryer for about a month and there are no discernable leaks. The dryer is performing as expected.

Excellent Gas Dryer, Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel is beautiful, So far Dryer working above expectation Digital control amazing. The installation performed by a contractor hired by Best Buy was outstanding, he expended a good time removing the old gas dryer and cleaning the space, old connections properly removed and discharge. With the new connections while connecting he explained was he was doing for future maintenance if is needed We also with the dryer installed a brand new washing machine also Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel that complement the quality of the equipment in our Laundry Room.

The guys were phenomenal! They were quick in and out! They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The only problem I had was they didn't tighten the gas tight enough so I did have to call national fuel for a gas leak. They said it happens all the time it was a simple mistake but could have been a big one.

The two men who came to the house to remove and replace the gas dryer were efficient, professional, and friendly. I could not have expected a better experience.

Like my washer, they simply installed it, said it was working and left. They could have showed me the functionality of the unit, but in the end, how hard is it for me to figure out how to wash and dry clothes. Works well once I got used to the temp settings, which were different than my last one

This was the only problem I had with either washer or dryer products, accessories or hookup. One of the techs made the decision not to connect up the steam function of my dryer even after I reminded him to do so twice. He made this decision for me even after he was given the neccessary parts for hookup. He then took the parts with him so that I would not know it was not hooked up. Because of his actions, another pair of techs had to be sent out to struggle getting stacked unit out of laundry closet to complete steam hookup. Very unprofessional.

he Workers were polite, fast and competent but they left much too long of a hose which makes my dryer stick out another 3-4 inches from the wall. I should have over seen the work as it was happening.

I am 99% satisfied with the gas dryer. However, the features are not easy to use. Would have liked to have a hands-on demo. The tub is larger than I expected. It's always good to have more rather than less.

Very good job. Knew which old connections needed to be replaced. Didn't mind my watching the process. Tested everything when finished installing.

They showed up on time and were efficient about the installation, however we needed an extra piece to hook up the vent. They never ran the drier and it turned out the gas wasn't turned on in the valve for the drier hook up (it was in the ceiling... not their fault). HOWEVER I did a load of sheets and found out hours later when they were ice cold and wet that there was no heat to the drier due to no gas!!! Had they ran it after installation, I would have know this and prevented the situation. That was disappointing, but overall I'd probably recommend this service.

The team did great job! they installed in my washer but dryer had to install myself since exhaust vent not available. they were neat and quick and removed my old appliances. the scheduled appointment on time.

It took them a while because it also needed LP conversion, but it still wasn't excessively long. The LP company sent out an inspector to make sure all of our LP appliances were hooked up correctly, and he didn't raise any concerns about the installation. Working well so far.

The best dryer I have ever had love it. Drys my thick clothes and and blankets in a hour sometimes less.
