Love my new range. I have the gas cooking and electric baking. Can not recommend this range enough. It also has a griddle and air fryer. Life is great now.

The installers did a quick and perfect job in the installation.

The men who came to install my appliance were fast, kind, and very helpful! They waited to make sure everything worked and made sure to inform me on how to correctly use it. They were amazing!!

They were polite and explained how to use the oven. They let me clean up the spot after removing the old one. They were quick and made sure everything was level and in order before leaving. Also bestbuy was one of the only places that I could find that would remove my old unit and install the new one.

the installers were very nice and hooked up range, but were unable to fully put it in olace because the spact the previous range occupied was slightly too small to accomodate the new range. So, I had to hire a person to enlarge the space, because the installers said that it was out of their skill set

We had our new gas range installed by Licensed Professionals and they were great recieved calls and emails about when they were scheduled to arrive. Installation went great, range works great as well. Very happy with the overall .

Installers were fantastic! Easily uninstalled the prior gas range and installed the new gas range.

Bought a new range. Love the ease of buying, installation, and so far love my new range. The guys who installed do a great job. From getting your confirmation phone calls/ reminders on the way.

The gentlemen did a great job installing my gas range. Professional and courteous. They tested the range after installation. They were in and out in no time.

We love having the double oven. Have only had it a month or so but it seems to work great. The bottom oven seems to heat more evenly than the top oven but during the holidays it was great to have two ovens.

The delivery/set up team was awesome. They called to let me know they were on the way and handled the installation quickly. A burner cap was missing and they search the box and the truck and then handled calling in to order the replacement

The contractors who installed the gas range were polite and knowledgeable. First, the installers removed the old gas range. Then, they brought a new one. They attached the new gas line, power cord. Then they leveled the gas range and tested the burners. The installation was done in the reasonable time. In the end they gave a new gas permit and asked to call WSSC to arrange the gas inspector visit.

The installation team were professional and fast. They respected my home and especially my new carpet. The experience was overall very pleasant.

The guys that came were very good. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. They hauled away the old stove and put the new one in placed with out a problem. Then they ran it through all the things it does to make sure every thing was in good working order. I was very pleased!

Well Done.finally have a working stove after 6 months.

We purchased a Samsung gas stove from Best Buy. You have to hire a professional and get a permit to install a gas stove. Best Buy had an option: during the purchase of a gas stove, you can pay for stove installation services and gas line hookup. Also you have to pay the City fee on the spot (Alexandria, VA). A technician will also install an anti-tip bracket. In my case, unfortunately, I had to pay an additional $160 for a gas line shut-off valve because the technician said that our valve doesn't meet current code standards. Installation time was about 40 minutes.For haul away and recycling of the old gas stove I had to pay $24.99 in-store. 4 stars given because impassible for us to contact contractor .

Great job installing & loading in for a tricky spot. Somehow the anti-tip device was not installed nor left. I am sure the Squad will make it good, though.

Had my appliance professionally installed and was glad to make this choice. The appliances are heavy and require more than one person to bring it upstairs, in addition too disconnect and haul away the old appliance. The installation crew was very cautious and respectful about our living space, taking time to answer any questions, and making sure we were satisfied before leaving. I've always purchased my appliances through here and have the licensed professional take care of these, and will continue to do so.

Best buy saves the day. It necer fails that every time I do a home improvement project something goes wrong. So seeing as the range I bought was gas, I needed a professional, so best buy to the rescue. The installer was professional courteous and kind. Thanks for the install and more thanks for me not messing it up myself.
