Best buy installation for Gas Range was excellent. They kept me informed before they arrived and they arrived on the promised date/time. Installers were very friendly, got the new appliance installed, tested for any gas leaks, installed the no-trip bracket, and showed us some of the features of the oven.

Delivery was good. Installation was problematic. Install team claimed i needed another kit to install and would need to replace gas line due to age. They reconnected old stove improperly, which we found out once we started smelling gas. A plumber I hired was able to get everything connected in 10 minutes with no gas line replacement necessary. Of course, there was no haul away so i cannot rate that part of the service.

Included the gas range installation in our purchase of our new gas range. Wanted to be sure all was installed correctly. Delivered as scheduled and the installer pulled the old range out, took it away, slipped the new range in and tested it out to insure everything was working. Took about 15 minutes. Professional.

INSTALLATION WENT WELL. HOOK-UP WAS FAST. INSTALLER MADE SURE IT WAS WORKING.

Replaced old stove with new one. There was an extra charge because the old gas valve did not fit the new stove. Installer was professional and quick. I recommend having a wet vac when they pull out the old stove to clean the floor before they put in the new one.

Recommend the professional installation and efficiency.

Problems were had with delivery but were resolved after a period of time. The stove itself is attractive and works well. The broiler located at the bottom of the stove would be an issue if I broiled often, which I don’t. The installers did a fine job and I thank Timothy and his team for their help and expertise. They are the reason for the five stars issued.

We have had many installations through Best Buy, with some less than stellar experiences in the past. Today's installers were by far the best. They were on time, fast, thoroughly check my new appliance to check for scratches, dents, etc. and made sure that my appliance was level. Very courteous and professional.

installer were good and nice. they installed and my stove quick and clean. The only problem was that they did not return my call right away. I had to call them a couple times.

The delivery men were the best, very professional and friendly, showed interest and concern for my home. We truly enjoy using our Samsung Gas Range. It cook quickly and heat food and liquids faster then any range I owned in the past. The control are easy to use.

These contractor really know how to get the job done in record time and efficiently. They knew exactly how to remove the old line and connect the new line. They showed me that the gas worked on the range and in the oven and how to burn off the coating inside the oven. The best part was that this installation was free with the new tech program they offer.

The technicians were fast, efficient, and courteous. They allowed me time to clean behind my old appliance and answered any questions I had regarding the new installation. This service combined with the haul away is a perfect solution for those that want to update their kitchen without the all the do it yourself headaches.

the first installation went very well. upon installation we found a small dent in the oven door. The guys noted it, took pictures and explained the process for replacement. They handled it very well.

Quick install. Asked delivery personnel to level the appliance and was told it was already level. It was not level and had to do it ourselves. Leveling appliance IS part of the install.

The technicians that came to install the new appliance were very professional and kind. They removed the old appliance and installed the new one. They also set up the time in the display of the new range, checked that everything was working fine.
