Installation was done by a different company hired by Best buy to do delivery and installation. They did an awesome job of installation, leveling and making sure the range worked before they left but did not use the yellow smart choice I had ordered. Instead they used a cheaper gasline they had laying around in their truck. I don't appreciate paying for something I didn't receive. Because of this I am only giving 3 stars. I feel a bit ripped off to be honest so make sure you are receiving the exact items you paid for when having appliances installed by Best buy.

The stove looks like is cost more than it did and heats up quickly. The convection is a plus

The installers did an excellent job, both removing the old appliance and installing the new one, including gas line. The foreman/crew leader and his helper were both very courteous and careful with installation, hauling away, etc. In fact, he was in charge (although this time with different helpers) of the installation of a Samsung gas range at our daughter/son-in-law's house today (11/17/17) and did an equally excellent job! I would highly recommend this delivery company and especially this crew!

Fast and professional. All you want for installation services

Range was installed quickly and efficiently. The anti tip hardware was not installed. We asked for the hardware in case we need it at a later date. Installers should put booties on feet so as not to get dirt in the house.

The technician knew exactly what he was doing. I greatly appreciate his expertise.

Very pleased with this range - from simmer burner to high power burner & middle grill. Stainless burner area much easier to keep clean than my previous range top. Oven is a good size and I like the large window. Never expected to get a convection & air fryer for this price.Best Buy cust service & delv crew was excellent

The gentleman that delivered the stove took great care in making sure that the installation was was done properly. They made sure there was no leaks and also made sure the the stove was working properly before the departed. They are an asset to your organization.

I had a gas range stove delivered with an installation. First one came damaged, but the installation crew did what they needed to do and had no issues. When I received the replacement stove a week after, the crew was not friendly, would not pick up the packaging, only picked up the big box and everything else they just left on the floor for us to clean up. He didn’t push the stove all the way in, it was sticking out too much, so we had to adjust it ourselves after they left. The service could have been better.

Great customer service during install. They couldn't do install first time, but explained why professionally and then they came out and did after we got gas company out to fix something and they did great

Best buy install gas range in a flash, great install.

I was very happy with the service I received. The men installing my range realized that whoever had worked on my gas line to install my last range had installed something wrong. It was possibly why my old range had problems and why the stove top flames were not strong and steady. They repaired that for me and my new stove works wonderfully. They also installed a new microwave that it isn’t letting me review and did a great job with it.

The installation was a breeze. The guys who installed the range were very nice and friendly. Only complain was they said the range didn't come with the anti-tip bracket so it wasn't installed.
