They did good at installation only thing is i thought they would hook up the WiFi and they didn’t and I can’t get it to connect to WiFi can’t find the sticker with information to hook it up so can’t use WiFi

I had a gas range stove delivered with an installation. First one came damaged, but the installation crew did what they needed to do and had no issues. When I received the replacement stove a week after, the crew was not friendly, would not pick up the packaging, only picked up the big box and everything else they just left on the floor for us to clean up. He didn’t push the stove all the way in, it was sticking out too much, so we had to adjust it ourselves after they left. The service could have been better.

Bought this Samsungbto gas stove to replace an older one. Works great and has some widi features on at as well.

The installation was a breeze. The guys who installed the range were very nice and friendly. Only complain was they said the range didn't come with the anti-tip bracket so it wasn't installed.

Very pleased with this range - from simmer burner to high power burner & middle grill. Stainless burner area much easier to keep clean than my previous range top. Oven is a good size and I like the large window. Never expected to get a convection & air fryer for this price.Best Buy cust service & delv crew was excellent

Installation of the gas range went very quickly and was done in no time. Best Buy has some very competent installers.

I was very happy with the service I received. The men installing my range realized that whoever had worked on my gas line to install my last range had installed something wrong. It was possibly why my old range had problems and why the stove top flames were not strong and steady. They repaired that for me and my new stove works wonderfully. They also installed a new microwave that it isn’t letting me review and did a great job with it.

The gentleman that delivered the stove took great care in making sure that the installation was was done properly. They made sure there was no leaks and also made sure the the stove was working properly before the departed. They are an asset to your organization.

I like my little stove. I bought open box and the representative said the dents on either side will be popped into shape if we bought it. The geek squad installers.... didnt do as they were instructed. Still dents. Other than that, good stove.

Looks good, works as expected. Have not tried the air fryer yet. Replacing our 17 year old model with this new GE DOUBLE oven, and yes it is gas! I love cooking with gas even though our current administration is trying to force consumers into other options.

Great customer service during install. They couldn't do install first time, but explained why professionally and then they came out and did after we got gas company out to fix something and they did great
