    Tech measurements were off so range did nit fit in width or depth. Hired a carpenter to fix. Range hood not even close to replacing old hood, despite using cardboard again had scratches on floor. Despite photos, calls, assurances of repair still no followthrough. Very disappointed with what has been a very good experience in the past. Can no longer recommend total tech support without better quality control and follow through. Installers were nice but the initial total tech replacements clearly were a miss match. Issues still not resolved.

    I had a gas stove delivered and installation. The install technicians, 3 rd party vendor did not know what they were doing. The tech who was installing my stove did not install properly. After the technicians left I could smell gas. I discovered the smell was coming from the gas pipe where the gas line was improperly installed. I had to call someone else to properly install my stove. Also the tech made a hole in the wall next to the gas pipe. I complained to Best Buy and filed a claimed for damages. Waiting for a response.

    Ruined floor during install

    The stove was correctly installed but our kitchen floor was irreparably damage in the process. We are not having any luck, after multiple phone calls and a letter to resolve the issue.

    they didn't turn off the main gas valve when changing the gas valve for the stove !!!

    This was the worst experience ever. 2 times to end up with nothing from Best Buy. We were told that the second crew was going to be the best. These were the worst delivery installers ever and then called customer service to have the rudest human ever They unwrapped the new range and left it in the snow. All over the electronics, the stainless etc. they never attempted to care.

    Horrible installation company customer service. Installers show up unprepared to hook up a gas stove even though I purchased a gas line and paid for gas stove hook up. Installers scratched up my parents wood floors now im trying to get someone to fix the issue. I had to hire a plumber to hook up the stove cause getting someone to go back was a hassle. Never will I buy a product online from best buy!

    Worst Best Buy experience ever! Experience took a total of three weeks to finally be completed. Had to contact local gas company to fix gas line that was installed improperly. Stove had to be replaced. This was a gift for my mother in Michigan, which turned out to be a terrible ordeal for her

    Again very poor. Left my range out apx 6 inches away from wall. I asked them to simply remove the back brackets on range to allow room for gas line & they refused. This took my son 2 mins fix!

    The stove is wonderful. It works great. We should have received a window when the installation was to take place the night before. We didn't receive it. We got a text and call around 6:30 AM that morning and installers knocking at our door at 7:15 AM!

    I cancelled an order with the manufacturer because the person who delivered my new range couldn’t remove the old one. I then ordered the same thing through Best Buy and so glad I did. They installed it with no problem. Thank you!

    Delivery men would not remove the old range nor install the new one until I had the gas valve replaced, so they left the new one, in the box, in my living room. Had difficulty arranging for installation as I kept being informed that the range has been delivered. Finally was able to connect with someone who scheduled the installation; this crew was great. Only other issue was it did not come with an owner’s manual. I was told I would have to go online and download it myself. Not happy with that.

    The technician and his assistant were very personable and easy to talk to about the job they were doing. The job was quickly and professionally done. I was given time to clean and prepare the area for installation. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to friends and family in need of an appliance or something else.

    Love the stove. The customer service is amazing. Had a small issue and needed help with a replacement the day before Thanksgiving!!! They took care of EVERYTHING!!!! Delivery driver and staff where amazing , fast, friendly, and informative. Thanks for saving a holiday

    Our delivery team was courteous, efficient, and on time. We moved a couple of things to give them a very wide path to the stove. Turns out that wasn't necessary. These guys know what they are doing! They did appreciate the extra room to move. They take away the packing materials, so once they leave, you only have to straighten up YOUR mess. Highly recommended.

    Installation was okay, but I did have to ask the installers to level the stove (and come now, on a 30" stove, please use a level that is more that 6 inches). I provided a 24" level sure enough, more adjustment was needed. Also, most annoying about the deliver/install process was a burner knob was missing from the front of this $3,000 stove. Installers acted like nothing wrong, or at least made no mention of it. I asked and no offer of getting a replacement. Thankfully Cliff, my salesperson took care of it by pulling a matching knob of the showroom model - so no order from manufacturer In summary, installation could have been more professional and I would recommend you be there when installed.
