There is only 1 glitch that I can't believe: There is no inside cook light. This is actually somewhat unsafe, as you cannot see if anything is boiling over. Even units selling for $30 less have cooking lights. This is why I had to return it. Sad, as we liked it otherwise. For the record, we bought an "open box" unit, and it arrived as described, in excellent shape in the original box & packing. I have have great luck with B.B. "open box" items.

It is fine for reheating and cooking small plates. It is obviously not meant for cooking a large meal. Our Fiesta Ware plates fit perfectly.

I have many scratched knuckles when the door flies open. Also, I was replacing the same brand but a larger model. I couldn't find one where the feet fit on my shelf. I can no longer fit my old dishes in the smaller microwave.

As you can tell the quality is not up there but I'm glad they still carry this model and I can't complain about the price

It takes a little longer to cook items, and the interior space is small. Turntable is handy. Burned a bag of popcorn, but it takes awhile to test timing.
