I ordered an open box microwave, supposedly in excellent condition, it was dented and non operational when received..returned it and bought a different microwave from a different company, as I do not trust Best Buy to fulfill their promises....will not shop there again...

A little hard to get used to having to open the door to make it turn on but maybe 'cause I'm a senior and used to a simpler microwave oven that died!

We had this microwave for at least 7 months. 2 issues with it so far (as I am writing this review I am prepping it for a return), 1st issue is that the grips underneath are slippery and every time we push the open latch the microwave would slide back to the wall. The 2nd thing is the latch or button that opens the microwave doesn't do its job by popping the door open. We fight by pushing over and over to get the door to open. It is a hassle and lost our patience with it that we are returning for another one but not the same.

Great product. Goid value. Purchased for small space.

Grew up with this brand and since then this is our go to appliance.

For the price, this GE unit hard to beat. Took one star off because it felt a bit underpowered sometimes.

Great product that is still in use! The only drawback is it takes up a significant amount of countertop space

Noisy and sluggish. This is not a great purchase. The size is good as it’s on the small side but it just can’t compare to other microwave ovens.

Not a great product, but it was quite inexpensive. For example, the door swings open and is very light when opening.

This was a Christmas present requested by my daughter in law. She researched microwaves and picked this one. She likes it a lot!

Works well for a small microwave, just watch plate size does not accept large plates.

700 watts doesn't take up to much counter space and is good as long as your not trying to cook whole meals in there.
