I didn’t even have this microwave a year and it quit working yesterday I went with this GE because my last one lasted 15 years I guess they make junk now

I would not recommend this product. After only 2 uses the numbers wouldn’t press therefore the microwave was inoperable. Need to do a return for a refund.

Your microwave came standard with a one-year limited manufacturing warranty upon purchase. Because of this, you would not have had to pay the $99 trip charge if you schedule a service appointment through us. You can find more information about your warranty on page 15 of your owner's manual, which can be found on the product page for this microwave on our website. Stopped working after under two years. Cheap junk.

Not as strong as my previous one ! Button option’s difficult to read I returned it for larger one

I bought this microwave just for it not to work and now I can't return it so im paying for a product that doesnt even work

The microwave blew up last Thursday August 1st - while I was trying to warm up an eye warming pillow filled with silicone pellets.
The last oven, same design and manufacturer, functioned well for 7 years.

If you're finding that you have to open and close the door several times before the unit will allow you to make choices or begin cooking, we'd recommend taking advantage of your warranty as seen on page 15 of your Use and Care manual.
