A: HANGING KIT JXA019K IS NOT THE CORRECT HANGING KIT FOR THIS MODEL MICROWAVE, IT ONLY WORKS WITH THE JEM3072 MODEL. THERE IS NOT A HANGING KIT AVAILZBLE FOR THIS COUNTERTOP MODEL.
