So far, so good. Our last GE Microwave's handle broke out of the door and the glass shattered so we purchased this one. It closes and opens much easier but the carousel is smaller. Only owned it for a few months now so no telling how long it will last. Hopefully for a decade or more.

This microwave is lovely, I love it! It was super easy to install with the help of a friend. Works very well. It has a light that has low & high for brightness, i absolutely love that. The fan also has low & high. Its just an overall perfect change for my tiny kitchen and I am extremely pleased with it

This microwave is easy to use and clean and fits perfectly over our electric range. Be careful with the plastic cover over the numbers and settings -- it scratches easily.

This microwave replaced a previous GE Microwave. Works about the same. Quick heat ups. Easy to clean. The only problem is that the writing on the panel is a little light, making it sometimes hard to read.

Awesome microwave! Works perfectly. Easy to use. Has a variety of settings. May be a little more basic than some microwaves but meets all of my needs. It does the job! I'm extremely happy with this microwave and would highly recommend it. Some buyers complain that the side panel display doesn't wear well and the numbers/words are not clear. I thought the same thing; however, it ended up being the clear covering on the display that the installers had not removed! Someone looked at it for me after 2 weeks and peeled the clear covering off. I can see why others don't realize that's all it is. The side panel display is perfect. It looks great, shows no wear over time and is easy to view.

We really love this microwave. It was easy to get used to because it truly was just an updated version of the one we had for 20 years. It’s great.

Bought as a replacement for an older GE microwave. I assumed that it was essentially the same as the old one. Wrong. The reheat cycle is cheapened up. Essentially now just a timer. Old unit reheat sensed humidity and corresponded accordingly, which worked impressively.

I like everything about it, it’s great. I don’t dislike it.

I thought for a GE brand this was at an excellent price point. I also believe for it being a standard size unit, it will fit in most standard size homes and will be installed without any troubles at all

I bought this unit to replace an older one that quit working. GE has been my go to new appliance source because the quality is usually there. This unit works as it should although, after having an older version of the same thing, this one seems to be on the cheaply made side. Nothing major, just a cheaper, cheesier control panel and things seem kinda flimsy when the door is closed. It has GE all over it but it came in a generic box.

This microwave was purchased for my elderly mother. She needed something simple to operate and this microwave fit the bill. Best thing, it was very easy to install. I installed myself following easy directions.

I am very happy about this purchase, good buy for anyone who want a good over head microwave

Just replaced my old GE microwave with this model. The price was good (on sale), and it fit almost perfectly into the same spot above the stove. Install wasn't bad, just switched out the wall mounts (they were slightly different) and drilled a couple new anchors into the cabinet above. Looks very similar to the older model (was about 8 years older), just a little sleeker. Very similar functionality, about what you would expect at this price point, with a couple extra buttons that are handy. I just hope this one lasts 10+ years, I don't think that is too much to ask, but GE isn't what they use to be.

Live this microwave so far it is great addition to our kitchen appliances. It looks good installed and works even better.

Very nice microwave, large inside with large turntable. Buttons are easy to use. Cleaning of microwave is easy. Unbelievable price $200 less expensive than in other stores.
