Great microwave with a strong exhaust for when you're cooking on your stove. I had the exhaust go right outside and it's made a Huge difference in my home. It also does not make a lot of noise at all while operating or simply using the vent exhaust fan for when you're cooking on your stove as the is an Over the Range Microwave. Great value and it's G.E.

Replaced a GE Profiles Microwave (8 years old) with another GE microwave. New unit was a little flimsy compared to old unit - door seems a little flimsy and closing the door seems a little less firm, if that makes sense. Otherwise all the other features seem about the same. The new unit must be lower wattage, but otherwise works fine. Note - the mounting bracket is the same, so hanging GE on an old GE bracket works, but the mounting screw locations on the top through the upper cabinet are not in the same area, so you have to use the paper template to make new screw holes.

This GE microwave has all the features I was looking for. The alarm isn’t as annoying as the Frigidaire microwave that was replaced. I like the defrost by weight option. This microwave was a reasonable price compared to other choices. I hope this GE microwave will last longer than the Frigidaire that lasted only 6 years. Our competent repairman recommended GE for availability of parts for future repairs. Also, this microwave was in stock and installed after a 2 week wait for delivery.

This is a good looking unit. I love the hidden venting, it makes for a cleaner overall appearance. Also the price was great.

We bought this microwave and had Best Buy come out and install it. We’ve only had it for a month but so far it’s been working great! Hopefully it works for 5-10 years before needing another as we’ve had bad luck with microwaves over the last decade.

Nice looking stainless steel microwave. I like that it has two fan vent speeds and two lighting settings. Perfect as a night light. Easy to operate and quiet running.

Microwave arrived on time, installed correctly, and works!

I needed to replace my aging over-the-range microwave. This unit was the right size and color, was priced well and perfectly matched my other appliances. Sales staff at Best Buy were very informed about my options.

It fit over my range like a glove! No issues as it was a Simple installation process! Heats up food nicely and evenly. Easy to use and looks great in my kitchen!

I always use a consumer review when selecting such items. This item was rated #2 for overall performance. It is quiet, fully functional unit. I totally recommend. My last microwaves was #1 and it lasted 17 years.

The microwave looks nice and seems to work well so I gave it 4 our of 5 stars. It just isn't awesome or else I'd have given it 5 starts. Matches our stainless steel appliances well.

I have had several of these over the years because they are the only ones that fit in the space I have. As long as they work, they are a fine, average, micro, pretty high power. But I have found the micro emitter goes out in 5 years or less. It used to be GE warrantied them for 10 years, then they got smart, and apparently know how crappy the quality is. So the warranty went to 5 years, and I think now its 3, so check the warranty and don't expect this thing to last forever. They are relatively cheap, so I think of them as a 5 year disposable item at this point.

When purchased the delivery date was setup with the installers. They were very professional, and were done in about 20 minutes. The unit itself works beautifully … and is nice and quiet.

Works as expected, no surprises! Installer did a great job and tidied up the installation area. A good experience all around
