This model is a upgrade of my previous microwave.Everthing is same as previous model. The delivery & install went flawless. The installors had to make some minor adjustments for it to fit under my counter. Best Buy price was cheaper than the other big box warehouses.

First experience with a over the range mounted microwave, it's much larger than I am used to. Minor difficulties installing as we missed one of the slots on the wall mounted bracket on the first try. The template for screw holes from the top didn't line up and had to be drilled multiple times. Looks nice and works well so far though.

Had to replace one in a rental unit that quit after about 12 years, which is longer than I expected it to last in a rental. So this is now our default microwave. Basic functions but hey, it's a microwave.

This year I bought the GE- 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over -the Range Microwave Bisque. This brand GE works well. The Microwave color Bisque is very nice, and I also picked this marvelous color match with mu others requirements in my kitchen. Also the price of this microwave is very affordable.

REALLY LIKE MY NEW MICROWAVE. I NOW HAVE A LIGHT INSIDE AND EASY TO USE BUTTONS. INSTALLATION WAS SMOOTH AND FAST FROM THE GEEK SQAD.

Previously purchased a similar GE microwave that fried after 19 months. The microwave sending unit sparked and melted the interior panel sending charred plastic over the food. Warranty had ended at one year and repair would cost nearly as much as a new one, so we bought this replacement. Installation went well, and it works fine. This time we bought the 3 year extended in-home service warranty. The only complaint I might have would be the button arrangement is a little less intuitive than the first one, though this one cost less so I can't complain.
