Love the slate, good size and I like recessed glass turntable.

This is our third microwave in this model. The first one had a motor that made a racket and sensor errors so we returned it during the one year warranty. Best Buy ordered a replacement which came quickly. The new one immediately had a problem with the automatic fan. It came on all the time. If you stopped a cooking cycle early you could not use the microwave again without unplugging it and starting all over. We immediately returned it and ordered another one. Just put the newest one in last night. It seems ok. Reasonably quiet and functioning. We wanted this one because the dimensions fit existing opening. If there is any other issues we will not use a GE microwave again.

Finally found a microwave that fit into our existing cabinet space without it looking out of place or boxy. Doesn't have the black side walls like most other options. Fits in well with our other stainless appliances.

I'd had the same microwave for 10+ years, so I have a bit of a learning curve with the new one. Love the express cook feature, and my husband was happy the unit exhausts to the outside.

Hey, it's a microwave. What I especially like about this guy is the sensor feature. I can take a cup of chilled, filtered water from the fridge door, push beverage, and it bakes a great cup of tea. Or put in a potato or sweet potato, hit potato, and voila, comes out just right.

Was not going shopping on black Friday, then microwave stopped working, how was I to eat? This was a big upgrade from old microwave that was also a great microwave, just stopped working after 12 years. I just hope this one last as long as previous one.

Haven't had a chance to use yet but it is finally installed.Like the looks of the sleek design, look forward to the features at a good price.

This is a good standard microwave at a good price. Looks good, runs quiet. Sensor cooking was ok. Tried it on a baked potato and it wasn't quite done but that feature is not a big deal to me. I did the installation myself in about 2.5 hours (my wife helped me hold it). Directions were good. It did help that my previous microwave had identical dimensions for the screw holes and power plug on top. Based on my experience so far the controls are pretty intuitive.

After a less than happy visit to Home Depot... I went to best buy to check this particular item. They price matched the microwave without needing more proof - It was only $20 difference, but still. Their return time was the same as HD, but they were 10x more pleasant. Not only were they better with customer service- they also loaded this beast into my car without acting annoyed. (Take that HD!) I did my research, and this item was an exact fit to replace the older model that died in my kitchen. I will use Best Buy in the future for any such purchase, based on their customer service alone! And- this micro is great- nothing super fancy, but it is so user friendly and similar to our old one, that even my kids had no trouble using it the next day.

She was ecstatic! Works great, installed easily myself, she LOVED the night light, buy without hesitation.

This microwave is very quiet and modern. The stainless steel finish is nice and has a high luster.
