Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought from Bestbuy Sept 2015. We loved the features. However, within 3 weeks the turntable stopped working as well as the control panel. Called GE service. They sent out a repair man. He initially got the unit working again. Within in a week , it failed again. Ordered a new control board. The repair man returned and installed the new board. The unit worked again for 4 days, and now the vent fan appears stuck on. Will have to uninstall and return to Bestbuy.

broken after less than a year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, we bought this product in Feb of 2014, it "fritzed out" on us around Aug of 2014 - thought it was a 'fluke', it lasted just a second or 2 & came right back on. It has made a few strange noises #wobble like# - really thought it was just my imagination. It seemed to do it if there was a crumb stuck under the turn table. Well last night, it completely died on us. It very much seems like there is a loose wire in the control panel. I'll be contacting GE - hoping for good customer service.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This replaced our previous GE microwave that burnt out from running a 2-minute cook cycle with nothing in the oven (darn kids!!). I wanted another GE so I could re-use the mounting brackets that were already on the wall, and wife loved the Beverage button on the old one. This met those requirements, fit the budget, and has been working great.
